I was referred to Bergman’s by Ray Bowens with high recommendation. Caesar was very professional and courteous and Mr. Bergman was very pleasant and gave me a ride back to my home. The repair was completed sooner than expected and my vehicle looked great! I was very well pleased with the overall experience!

My neighbors recommended Bergman Collision so I took my car there to have several dents repaired and was very pleased. The staff was courteous and professional the work was completed on time and at a reasonable price. The car looks like it just came off the showroom floor. It is refreshing to find a business that actually cares about customer satisfaction.

Bergmans collision was fantastic! My wife is a perfectionist and they painted her her Escalade perfectly! She’s got the unique white pearlessence paint and it looks great! They also worked on my 2013 avalanche and worked directly with the insurance company and there was no hassle at all. Same color pearlessence white came out perfect! I highly recommend Brgman’s if you want it done right they can do it. !

11/10 service! They were quick, kind, and so easy to work with. Will 100% be going here for all future car needs, especially when it’s so difficult to find a trustworthy shop. But you can definitely trust this place!!

There used to be a time when people knew customer service and quality. When they were honest and did the right thing for their customers. Bergman Collison is a rare diamond to find in this day and age. They do the right thing, for the right price, and care about their customer. As a female who is not educated about cars, I always worry when I am told my car needs something. I don't know if the truth is being told. With Cesar and Phil - they took the time to explain things, answer my questions, and help me in so many ways. They have earned more than my business - they have earned my trust. A hard commodity to earn these days as you cannot trust anything you used to anymore. THANK YOU for doing such a phenomenal job for my car and my budget. They handled everything with the insurance and kept me updated. Though I hope I don't have another accident, I have peace of mind knowing the right place to send the tow truck to do great work. I have used Bergman for several years when I need to get a little body work done. They are professional, friendly and do great work at an affordable price. I won’t trust my cars with anyone else and you shouldn’t either.

Great services, great prices, and great job outcome. Took car to another body shop and they estimated a price that was twice that of Bergman's. Bergman's completed job great in timely fashion.

I can only speak about my experience. I brought my car in for an estimate on Friday the 10th of November and Adrian took pictures and said I would be emailed an estimate that evening. I have yet to hear from them, I called left a message and sent an email, no response. They will not be getting my business.

Phil and his crew did a great job repairing my Mercedes after its accident. They kept me informed and handled everything with the insurance company. Just picked it up and the car looks great! I highly recommend Bergman Collision for auto body work!

Visited on Tuesday and had a wonderful conversation with Phil. I was excited to do business with them, but have been waiting since then for an estimate. I’ve called two times, and each time I am told the estimate will be sent over. My review is for poor customer service. It is upsetting because they seemed like a great company to work with, but I can’t even get a worker to follow up with an estimate and further details of work for my vehicle. I do not want to do business with a company that cannot communicate in a timely manner.
