This is my #1 supply house in Dallas by far. The staff is very knowledgeable, steer me straight, and give no guff/drama about my needs. They have a great selection of parts, and are well priced to boot. This LOCAL shop is top-notch. Good Job guys.

I would rate them higher if I could. Amazing service. I had sent over photos of a project I was working on and they responded within an hour. The plumber had quoted me over $500.00. They supplied the part, told me how to take the old part out, and how to install the new one. Total Cost: $17.70. On top of that, they Thanked me for my business. I felt like I had entered a time warp back to the 1950s where people cared about their customers and service was King. Again, I can't emphasize how much I appreciated the help and service.

Awesome place .... I had an outside faucet issue and walked in wanting to replace whole part ($52) .... Owner/ staff convinced me to try 16 cent washer instead ,,, then work way up ( cost wise ) . As it turned out seat was bad BUT really appreciate owner / staff trying NOT to sell me most expensive option upfront . Very few businesses like this where they are willing to help and at lowest cost feasible .

Needed an obscure part for my sewer cap. Spoke to Jim who was incredibly knowledgeable. He knew exactly what I was looking for. I had the part in my mailbox the next day. I know he had to make a special trip to the post office. Truly above and beyond. These guys are fantastic.
