This is my first time ever doing. I was kind of skeptical at first however, Carlos Cervantes guided me through the process of filing the claim through my insurance I was a little hesitant on doing that. However Carlos made me feel comfortable and not only did he help me he explained step-by-step on how to File a claim have my car fixed in less than three weeks. Very happy that I met this gentleman and had my car beautifully serviced and repaired all the hail damage .

Jack knocked on my door because he saw that my dad’s Ram had hail damage from the storm a few months ago. we were skeptical because my dad doesn’t speak english. He explained everything about how the process was going to be. we trusted him. 2 weeks later Jennifer from the front desk calls us saying the truck was done. they dropped off my dad’s truck looking beautiful and they picked up the rental they gave us. we know where to go if we get hit again.

I met Luis & Carlos bc they noticed dents on my 2023 Altima. They both explained the process with the insurance claim to fix the hail damage on my vehicle. They were very professional and presentable with all the information. They detailed my vehicle and did a ceramic coating.I already recommended my co-worker to them.

I’m so grateful for Luis for knocking on my door after the big hail storm at the end of May. Luis and Jose both handled everything for me. From answering all my questions, dealing with the insurance and handling the rent car. I’ll definitely be going back in the future.

Joe was awesome from the start!!! We had a total of 4 vehicles with hail damage and two different insurance companies. He worked with us and the insurance company through the entire process and got all of the vehicles repaired. He even made sure we were taken care of for rentals. Communication was spot on! He kept us informed on everything that was happening. Even if I texted just to get an update his response was always quick and he definitely delivered. All our cars looked great! Thank you for all that you do!!!

I am very happy. I liked the help that Luis gave me. He knocked on my door and explained to me how I could fix my car (Ford Explore 2022). He gave me all the information and helped me with my car insurance. I recommend him. Luis and Jose came to my house to help me with my car and I am very happy. Thank you very much, guys. Terrible service. They give incomplete information, they lasted 30 days with my car and did nothing, I also had to pay them “administrative expenses.” I don't recommend it at all.

They did an amazing job on my Denali , the process was smooth and easy, I was kept up to date of the progress by Jennifer, I was also provided a rental and they came to my home to pick up my car and drop me off the rental. They also did an amazing job on the detail cleaning of the inside of my car.

Joe Sweeney knocked on my door after seeing my brand new 2024 Toyota Corolla Cross in my driveway hail damaged. I'm very glad he did. I wasn't sure what to do after the car got hail damaged 4 days after purchase. Joe helped me through the process with my very slow insurance company. I value customer service as much as quality of work. I received great communication and my vehicle looks brand new again. Joe also provided a free loaner during the repair and the total out of my pocket was $0. Thank you Automotive Art for a very professional job.
