Perfection, artistry, and industrialism all came together when I discovered Atico! In my search for an industrial style desk for my home office that didn’t cost more than my mortgage, I came across Atico and was immediately sold on the C-Desk (shown here in my office). It was the minimalist approach I was looking for, with a solid steel top, steel frame (NOT CHEAP ALUMINUM), and the stylish touch of beautiful wood draped along the sides.
What’s more, the service and communication was impeccable! From the time of order, through the build process, to the final delivery to the store (built in Dallas, delivered to Houston location), this level of service is almost scarce these days, making this likely one of the most pleasant experiences from a retailer I’ve ever had. I ended up also buying a steel planter and can assure you I will be back for more- VERY SOON! Thanks, Suzanne and Jonathan!

I could not be happier with this company. The style of this furniture is exactly what I was looking for. They made me a custom "L" desk with a custom book shelf at a very reasonable price considering everything was made exactly to my specifications and liking. On top of that, I was worried if they could make the deadline I gave them, but they had it ready with no issues whatsoever. They even helped me arrange for delivery.I was referred to them by a friend and now I understand why. Top notch work and service. Highly recommended!Services: Delivery

Had walked in to purchase a $3k+ Standing Desk, and walked out. Rep had lil to no knowledge, refused to call a mang or owner, and upon submitting frustration and/or concern through their website...The rep, not a supervisor or owmer, the same rep called me back. Not to win my business, but to argue her point and was combative.

My husband and I were so excited to see a couple of pieces for our home office. The furniture was just what we were looking for. We were ready to spend over $3500 on the total purchase but were extremely disappointed when we found out we had to pay $420 for it to be delivered merely 30 min away from the Houston office. We love the furniture but couldn’t justify paying 10% of the value for the delivery. When we asked the salesman if he had other options, he said we could always bring our truck to pick up the furniture. Excuse me, but when your customers are paying over $3,000 for your products you should be able to offer other options besides ‘bringing your own truck for pick up.’ We really feel that the company should find better options more suited and in the best interests of the customers or even try to work with finding a better solution to this problem. We were never contacted even after we walked out of the showroom. This is truly unfortunate as it shows their lack of commitment to their customers.

I ordered a custom barn door back in March 2021 and was given a time frame of 12-16 weeks, now we are at 21 weeks still without a door. Communication has been nonexistent and didn't get much better after I called requesting my deposit back. After waiting 17 weeks I called back wanting information. The receptionist started off nice and friendly taking my information down and asking if Lauren can give me a call back which was fine. I received one call from Lauren saying she would give me a call back by the end of the week with an update. Now its the following week and I called back to the previously very friendly receptionist, but now very rude receptionist, and ask my deposit be returned. She stated the have sent several emails and phone calls. I received 2 emails, which I responded to, and 1 phone call over this extended time frame. She started over talking me on the phone and decided she was done with me and hung up. It is now August, so how long should I actually wait for the door to be made. This is not a COVID issue as many companies are having problems with, they have steel in-house, so this is a poor service problem.I have previously had items made here and was a returning customer a few times over. The communication was not great before hand but I did get the products in a reasonable time frame after prompting them. Everyone needs a reminder nowadays which isn't an issue, however not receiving an item and having to fight for information or the deposit back after such a long time is not acceptable. I enjoy supporting small businesses but this one will never receive business from me again.Service: Custom furniture

We reached out to Atico to help us furnish our new home in California. Every single step in working with this company was first class (thanks in large part to Lauren!). From the initial discussion, to helping us choose and design custom made pieces over Zoom, to the quality and craftsmanship of the final product, and finally the logistics of getting it all to California - all done absolutely perfectly. We would highly recommend Atico to anyone looking for amazing industrial residential/office furniture. We will definitely be back.

These guys made me a custom desk & its awesome! Let's say there is a reason they are 100+ days out...they make quality furniture not something thats going to fall apart in a few years.
