This store is absolutely huge with a great selection of products. Their prices are mostly reasonable. A fun store to just look around in too. They do need to turn up the ac in there though, it was very warm.

I really wanted to like this store. I had just found out about it and had gone a couple times. Last time I went and I got home and was taking the price stickers off of everything I noticed something very suspicious. So apparently what they do is increase the price of something before they mark it 50% off. I noticed this on my last trip and on today's trip. Every single item I purchased had an original price lower that was then covered with a higher price before it was marked 50% off. One of the items I purchased was a 20 oz coffee mug. I purchased one and when I got home I noticed that there was a $7.99 sticker underneath the $8.99 sticker that I paid 50% off for. Then when I went back 2 days ago to get another one of that same mug so I could have a set, that mug was not 50% off and was stickered as $6.99. So needless to say with all this penny-pinching and lying to the customers, I will not be back to this store. I would rather shop somewhere straightforward and don't cheat their customers like Burlington, HomeGoods, Marshalls or TJ Maxx. Because as you can see, even though I knew the initial mug was priced that way I still went back for a second one because my OCD works that way, i like it so i needed a pair. I was hoping that it was a one-off occurrence but I was proven wrong. Really sad because I could picture myself shopping at this store and updating a lot of the decor in my home but not anymore.
If you look closely at the second picture, underneath the number 702 you can see this item was priced at $7.99 and repriced for $9.99 and then placed on 50% off.

NEVER AGAIN. I ordered a couch and paid for next day delivery. Unfortunately Athome contracts 3rd party unprofessionals to make deliveries. 1 delivery driver showed up and asked me if I can help or if I knew someone that can help deliver my couch which is so unprofessional and I am disabled so I’m am unable to help for something I paid for. The driver asked random people for help with delivering my couch which I don’t approve having random people come into my home.Now I am out 530$ with no couch because AtHome is unable to provide delivery service that they advertised.

Very nice facility and good inventory in this location for shopping around. The interior and exterior were clean. The restroom was very spacious and clean.The cashier greeted me when I approached her to check out and she was very friendly.

They have lots of stuff, and the prices are good if you get them item on clearance, but they never have enough people working at checkout. Even mid week there is a long wait. People with returns are in the same line as people with purchases. If they could fix this problem it would be a much better experience.
