Wow!! First off when we pulled up we stopped up front to jump out (car running) and see if they were open. Before we even made it to the door a vehicle yells and asks for us to move. Not a huge deal tons of parking because the parking lot had maybe 3 vehicles in it. We move quickly into a space thinking we might have blocked her. NO!! SHE LITWRALLY PARKS WERE WE HAD STOPPED right in front of the door, not in a spot, but blocking everyone from moving around the parking lot. Turns out.... its an EMPLOYEE going to work blocking the road!! For her entire shift? Really!?!?! Then on top of it while in the store we asked for assistance and the "manager" straight up said no. Aren't they supposed to be there to assist if you have questions or can't find anything? Finally a Mr Randy came and helped, he was VERY helpful and the only reason this is a 2 star review instead of a 1 star review...

I was just on the phone with an associate by the name of Angel Titazo (Hopefully I spelled it right) and he was very helpful looking through the computer for the specific part that I needed.It doesn't matter that the item isn't sold there, my car is used and old. But what matters to me is that he gave me a feeling of confidence that I am on the right path to getting the part that I need.This car of mine is dragging itself to where I need it to go, but the fuel filler neck is not working properly. It's exposed to the air and when I put 5 dollars in the tank, it's going to be gone by the end of the day. That's if I just use the car for a single round trip, nothing far away. So I am spending a fortune on gas and it is killing me. We can thank those in power for the price of gasoline being so expensive.But here we are, spending money we don't have on gas, instead of bills which are too expensive as well. Thank You Joe Biden, I didn't vote for you! I just hope this part helps in saving me some much needed money. I'll pray for us all that we can see a decrease in the price of gas and bills.To the Manager of Advance Auto Parts, give Angel a raise for his professionalism and courtesy, as well as his patience and his willingness to go the extra mile. I will remember your location and recommend people to it, simply based on the attitude of your one employee. Cheers!

Older hispanic lady kept trying to sell me what I didn't ask for instead of what I actually asked for. She then got mad when I had to educate her on auto parts. They really should hire people that know something about automotive instead of that stubborn, grumpy grandma

I went to AutoZone off of Beltline and Josey to get a diagnostic test because my car was stalling when I would turn it on and the rep said he didn't know how to do it and just handed me the code scanner and told me if I wanted to do it on my own to bring it back and he could give me the codes but he didn't know how to read them so I could Google them. Also informed me that he was trying to close early at 9PM And mind you I was there at 7:30PM. I don't know jack about cars so I went to Advanced Auto Parts and the worker, Angel, was so helpful and patient! He took his time to do the diagnostic and even checked my battery. He offered to fully charge my battery because he thought this may be the issue. After fully charging my car started perfectly and he even went so far as to asking if he could recheck it just to be sure. He noticed a leak on the battery and suggested to purchase a new one when I was ready. He looked up a battery for my car and gave me pricing and details. Best customer service and didn't feel rushed. I won't be going back to AutoZone.

The supervisor/manager was helpful . I’m just waiting to get my alternator checked still. Lourdes initially was assisting but the younger guy Eric helped get the battery on finally. Lourdes complained the entire time she was assisting. Never came back out to check my alternator cat and another young lady did thank you for getting me on my way.

So let me start off by saying these guys rock! They are always happy to help, always have smiles on there faces, and always help me find whatever it is that I need. They ALL deserve raises if they haven’t gotten them yet. Karen rocks, and the whole team just always helps me out wether it be finding product, product recommendation or just helping me find with whatever nonsense I’m working on atm. Keep doing what you guys do! I’ll continue to be a customer! Thanks guys!

Women want equal for everything but they don't know how to help a customer if you call asking for something simple and the auto parts woman tell you is better if you coming to see if we have it ..that's d**** I'm calling to save my trip . if you don't know about parts or tools then what are you doing working at the autoparts.

Be careful when you buy there they put fake "specials"; and when you go to pay they tell you it expired a month ago but it's still on their promotions table right at the entrance.
