Three people on shift, only the manager is working a till. I wait in line and, when I ask for roller items, one of the other employees has me come show him which one I want. It takes all of ten seconds, but I then have to get BACK in line to wait to pay. ARJUN, TELL YOUR EMPLOYEES TO WORK.

Always out of order restroom for customers, but for personnel it works perfectly. Very often closed at nights, but 24/7. So thats completely common 7eleven shops, where guys from india works.

The cashiers are sketchy trying to scam you with the transactions. Make sure to be careful and not let them scam you with what they have advertised. Scammers !!!

If I could give this location zero stars I definitely would. I spent $16-$17 on a vape from here it was defective and the manager told me it was my problem. Did not replace the vape and showed no remorse. These Indians at this location have no customer service skills and don’t care about you or your money go elsewhere.EDIT: The owner responded but only to try to save face to their horrible display of customer service. I guarantee you he does not care!!!

There is supposed to be sale on monsters 3 for $6.50. And on red bulls. 2 for $5. The store is not honor the signage on the shelf or on the store front windows. Me and another gentleman both had issues with this and was given the excuse the sales have not started yet. After the gentleman lwft, the 2 guys at the resiaters stated that the sales starts today. If it started today then it would still be in the system. The guys working stated it wasn't in the system but wanted to say that the sale started today. Um no. This is unexpectedly. And thwy don't offer your receipts either. I was in a hurry and didn't have time to wait for it. As I was already running late dropping for work after dropping my son off at daycare. I will nor be using 7-11 anymore.
