Purchased a shower on the app just to sit outside for 30 minutes for no reason because the showers aren’t available. Hopefully someone here figures out how to take that option away on the app like the more competent Pilots do when showers are down

Restrooms were kept un-stocked. All 3 women’s restrooms were left without toilet paper and smelled worse than the usual public restroom. The men’s restroom had snot-like substance all over the sink area. Staff were made aware and didn’t restock even though it was not busy.

Pilot travel center has a good selection of souvenirs. I didn't know but they sell different freshly baked pizzas. Restrooms are clean. Cashier was friendly. Store is clean and well stocked. A lot less shoppers compared to other gas stations so convenient for us.

I’m here at this location very often. I use the showers often as well. I always see the shower technician and not what a great job he is always doing. It’s a thankless job and I know all about those. Today however I want to give the tech, Homer, a very special thank you. Somehow I left my phone on the sink counter. No idea how I could do that. I went outside, checked my oil, bought oil and added it and was getting set to depart and THAT’S when I realized I didn’t have my phone! Homer found my phone quickly and turned it in to the front office. Thank you sir!

I love this place. It’s the perfect spot for traveling supplies and gas while on the road. There is another gas station down the street that’s 10 times as busy. This one has less customers and offers just as much. You can get in and out of here quicker. The coffee taste better here too. The staff is very friendly. It has diesel for 18 wheelers and showers for truckers.

They take forever to clean the showers. Like come on ladies, get to cleaning. Some of us truckers have to take a shower and go back to work.
