Store location great, but bed doesn’t work and can never get customer service on the phone as they close at 5 pm and I cannot get home before then to troubleshoot. As expensive as these beds are you would think there would be an after hours customer service support line.
Edit: I have used the chat feature after hours and only get auto responses never a person that can help me. I have googled and troubleshooted all the ways I read about and fear something is wrong and time is running out to replace it.

Great experience in the store. However, the surprise is a mandatory $249 delivery fee - you are not allowed to bring your mattress home yourself. Then, the cherry on top is our assigned delivery window of 7am to 8pm - 13 hours!!!!! Not a good customer experience.

Fareed and Anthony were both very helpful. They stayed late to get me setup and Anthony walked me out for security after hours. They listened to my concerns and offered me a variety of options from the bed itself to needed bedding. They did not pressure me to purchase and were very professional in the service the offered resulting in an amazing experience. Thank you Sleep Number, Fareed, and Anthony.

Went to find my 3rd sleep number bed at the Fairview, TX location and met with Mike Bentrum. Mike was knowledgeable and very easy to work with. No pressure selling just informative and very pleasant to work with.

I visited Sleep Number last weekend and had a great experience with the salesperson, Mike. He was knowledgeable and attentive, helping me find the perfect mattress for my needs. The store had a wide selection, and Mike's guidance made the decision easy. Overall, it was a positive and informative visit, and I'm looking forward to better sleep with my new Sleep Number mattress.
