I went in for glasses and paid $10 for home delivery. After a few days the glasses arrived but unfortunately my vision was worse. I went up to the Fairview location (again) to return them and the technician noticed they were not fitted correctly for my eyes. She apologized and said the other tech was new and she did not do the fitting correctly. I then got fitted for the 2nd time and waited on my 2nd pair. On Monday Aug 12th I received a notice they arrived at the store. I called on the 14th to inquire to the location of the glasses and they said they were still at the Fairview locating still and have not been sent out! I inquired why and she replied that my address was not included in the order this time. So now it will be at least another 2/3 days to receive them. Whoever is running the show up there needs to train their employees better or discount these over priced glasses.

I love this lenscrafters location! Kenna and Lisa are always so calm and patient. They make the experience super easy and fast. Lisa and Kenna are also always going the extra mile to ensure mine and every customer is adjusted and comfortable. Truly an exceptional staff!

I had a wonderful experience at this location. Erik, the manager did a great job explaining my benefits and other sale options. Ms.Arij helped me choose out the prefect pair, and was able to re-lens several of my other lenses!!!! I just picked my last pair today and I more than satisfied by the quality and services this far. I will be returning next year for my upcoming prescription.

Kenna was amazing! I came in after unfortunately stepping on my glasses. I bought them here and had an amazing optometrist next door. When I walked in she greeted me. Few minutes later I was asked the nature of my visit. Told her I stepped on my glasses. Showing empathy she asked for my number and name. Checked if I purchases insurance and of course I didn’t. She then checked to see if the frames were in stock and they were. She prices them out. First! She attempted to fix them and after 4 maybe 5 minutes of suspense. She’s comes back and tells me she fixed them. I’m wearing them now as I type this review. Amazing customer service and she saved me $170. Seriously I was ready to spend the money as I can’t do without my glasses. Thank you Kenna! I’ll be back when my insurance restarts for another pair! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I realized I had broken off a nose pad from my prescription sunglasses over 4th of July weekend and started to look online to buy some. I decided to at least try to take them in because I bought them from here.
The lady was so helpful and quickly replaced both nose pads to ensure they were even and tightened up all the screws.
Absolutely fantastic customer service! I will always use this location.
