The manager (Victor) went way above normal service to help me with my grill purchase. Delivered the grill exactly when he said he would. He personally took charge to make my experience extra special. I gave a 5 star rating to this store and would have given them a 10 star rating if that was possible.

Very disappointed in my short 5 min visit this morning. I went there to get paint and a paint match. The man working the paint counter asked if he could help me. I responded by saying, I need a piant match. He immediatly responded, "I don't do paint matches"! To be honest, I was shocked and taken back by his rude response. I then said, "Oh! I thought you do paint matches here." I then said, "I will just go to Sherwin Williams." He then said, "Well, we do do paint matches but we have people out sick and I don't know how to do it!" I asked, "when would a person be there that could do it?" He responded, "tomorrow maybe." Needless to say, I am headed to Sherwin-Williams. Not so much because Elliots didn't have the personnel that knew how to run the paint matching machine but because of the "rude grumpy man" working the paint counter.

This place is true to its name… HARDWARE!
If you need a bolt, nut, washer or screw, this place has it or it does not exist. What is better than their selection, is their staff. Ian and Carey know it all.
It was a refreshing change to visit a store (*cough* Lowe’s and Home Depot) with employees who actually know what they are selling.

WAY BETTER than Big Box stores. Knowledgeable staff, helpful advice. I was tired of Big Box stores with limited staffing. If you have a question or problem, I think Elliott's will solve it. FORGOT to mention Pricing..... maybe a smidge higher but knowledge and competency is worth the few extra $$$

Great Customer Service! Purchased a Weber Slate Flattop Grill. Tony helped with the purchase and then Victor took over from there, spoke with Victor about assembly and delivery. No automated texts from a system or 4 hour window. Victor showed at my home and delivered, wish everything was this easy.
The price was the same as everywhere else (HD, Ace, etc), why deal with parking and self checkout , buy your next grill here

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Elliot's Hardware, all thanks to Victor! My wife, mother-in-law, and I were on the hunt for the perfect Father's Day gift, and we found just what we needed—a Big Green Egg Charcoal/Smoker Grill. Victor was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, guiding us through the features and benefits, which convinced us it was the right choice. Having owned a basic charcoal grill for over a decade, I was eager to upgrade and venture into the world of smoking. Victor not only helped us pick out the perfect grill but also went above and beyond by delivering it to our home within 30 minutes using what appeared to be his personal pickup truck. Elliott's Hardware is a gem of a store. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a sense of warmth and cleanliness that's hard to find elsewhere. Showed up for 1 lost little screw and lock washer to hold a gas tank to my Briggs & Straton engine. Very impressed when a man met me at the door, found what I needed for me and had me out of there in no time so I could get back to my yard work.
Love these old-school style but modern hardware stores. Elliott's is where to go.

Friendly service, but they had signs up for various flavors and brands of bottled sodas that stated by 6 or more 10% off. When I paid I asked the cashier about my 10% off( got 8) he said it was already built in the price , it did not make sense to me and he refused to "bother" the manager, So 3 1/2 stars not 5...

every single one of these workers here are soooo nice. I had this bike which is broken and need a specific bolt so we asked them for help. They are so patient and eventually helped us with everything that is not right about the bike for free. I really appreciate your help and wish your business is prosperous！！
