7/6 I purchased the shirt that night meets Saturday night today is 7/8 Monday so long story short, I wore the shirt Saturday night my friend pointed out to me on my left side of my shirt, telling me there’s thread falling out my shirt I looked to my left. It was about five string hanging off my shoulder. I didn’t wanna pull up because I know in the past if you pull string, basically makes a hole in your shirt. She said wow how long have you had your shirt just purchased it today and it’s strange hanging out thread hanging out no I called Sunday to the manager on duty, which is a A manager for the men’s department he told me to come in that day that was Sunday. They close at six I was in Waco so I came back Monday brought it right back to the store. He examined what I was talking about and he had audacity to act like there was nothing wrong with the shirt to show him other places on the shirt the thread was hanging off that was the only spot The point is to rudeness is real from the management asking me is there anything else wrong with the shirt when he can clearly see five pieces of the thread hanging off the sleeve from the outside not the inside from the outside so I show him I said look at the material look at different parts of the shirt being right this is the management like I’m lying about the shirt being white long story short he returned the shirt because it was a damaged shirt not because of me it’s because of the fabric. I had a dress that was too little for me that I was going to exchange that I got on the same day , but since he was that rude, I got my money back for both of the items because the rudeness was real spend my money at Dillards again. I won’t even go in this Dillards again and this is coming from the management department.

I bought a swimsuit a few days before going to Cancun. I removed labels and tore up, and threw the receipt in the trash. I used it once, and when I got out of the pool, I noticed that it looked discolored in some places. I paid 95.26 dollars that went to the trash. I came back from Cancun, found the pieces of the receipt, and went to Dillards to ask for a refund that they didn't give me.
Do not buy ANNE COLE brand. it is trash

Received terrible service at the Mens Cremuex clothing counter. I needed a guft and received and asked the attendant to remove the price tag. He cut the tags off completely and said the tags needs to be while returning. He toy ignored the request. Lousy customer service. I complained and he didn’t even bat an eyelid.

Friendly staff are always helpful. It’s a smaller store so it doesn’t have furniture pieces but big selection for women’s accessories and clothing.

The service I received in the shoe department on Sunday, 6/23/2024 around 4:30pm was horrible. I usually try to support local businesses, but the service I received was terrible. I most likely will not go back to buy shoes there if the same associate is present. I ended up ordering 2 pairs of shoes from Dilllard’s online. The shoes weren’t even on-sale. I was about to pay full price for bad service. There were 3 associates all at the counter talking. There were several customers, but nobody was being helped. My daughter had to go interrupt their conversation to ask for a shoe size. The 1st lady that brought the shoe out left it with us, and did not check back on us. She disappeared into the back for at least 20+ minutes after bringing out our shoe, so my daughter had to go interrupt the other 2 ladies’ conversation, and ask a different associate to try on another shoe. The first associate finally walked out from the back while looking down at her phone. When she noticed that a different associate was helping us, she looked rather displeased. The 2nd associate asked the 1st associate if she wanted to help us order a shoe, the 1st associate flat out shook her head no with a smirk. The whole exchange was very awkward and unpleasant. The 2nd associate nervously asked the 3rd associate to help her while the 1st associate stood by and watched without so much as assisting. It appeared that the 2nd associate was nervous and was uncertain of herself. I finally said never mind, I’ll go elsewhere. They were probably pleased that we left because the dynamics between the 1st & 2nd associate was rather strained and it affected their customer service, which was already lacking to begin with.

Beautiful store! Very clean. Well stocked. Wonderful sales people assisting in finding the correct size, etc. it is a little more expensive- but in my mind - it was worth it. (They probably have sales - we just didn’t happen to catch one).

One of the nicest Dillard's I've been to for a while. Well stocked. Professionally dressed staff were available with a minimum amount of effort to find someone. Parking was very handy to entrances.

I had a terrible experience shopping for my kid’s shoes at Dillard’s. We found a pair she liked, but the sales lady informed us they didn’t have her size and that the only pair left was the one on display. We agreed to purchase the display pair. However, the sales lady took the shoes to the back room under the pretense of putting them in a box.
When we got home, we discovered the shoes in the box were very worn. The next day, I went back to the store to return them and faced a lot of difficulty. I had to escalate the issue to the manager and eventually to the general manager.
It seems the sales lady swapped the display shoes for a worn pair. During the return process, both she and her manager acted like I had swapped the shoes and was trying to return the worn pair myself. I was very frustrated by these lies—I would never do that. On that day, I had spent $1300 in the store, and yet they were acting like I was the one lying. Throughout the ordeal, they made me feel uncomfortable, as if I had done something wrong. Be cautious and always check what’s in the box before you leave the store. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I would not recommend shopping here.

No seating available for shopper's assistant, AKA husband. Yet they have seating for (see photos). This store is similar to a Nordstrom store except Nordstrom has consideration for shopper's assistants.
