This branch is awesome and my favorite banking location I’ve ever used. The staff at the front service desks Stephen, Joana, Dipo, and Negar are all very personable and friendly. I always enjoy going inside to make my deposits and am always greeted with smiles and friendliness. They have built a great team at this location!

Their drive up atm is really slow and doesn’t take contactless card or Apple Pay.

Any bank that won’t give you $10,000 of your own money and tells you to come back next week is not a good bank. Will never do business with Capital One Bank again.

I went in to this branch to change my name and the woman who helped me was friendly, efficient, and it took no time at all. I was expecting a long annoying hand off to a cubicle with paperwork, but it couldn’t have been easier.

They *FINALLY* got new drive-up ATMs, that are identical to the Spring Creek location. No issues the first time using them - simply delightful.
Drive-up ATMs are as reliable and consistent as hotdog water is refreshing.
ATM consumed my money, and in typical Capital One fashion, they're in no hurry to provide a resolution nor provide an account credit. I'm glad my bills and autodraft understand their hesitation.
Probably time for me to switch to a more personal bank, and avoid this location's drive-up ATMs. In the mean time, go to 75/Spring Creek Pkwy.

• 5 business days have passed, and my claim is still under investigation - I'm glad I get paid weekly.
• Went to the 75/Spring Creek location to do my banking this morning - simply delightful. Newer machines, no issues, everything worked as it should.

Just walked into this bank to open an account. No one was line, but the teller told me I had to wait because the other two employees behind the counter could not help me. The teller explained to me she is the only person who could help me, but she was busy. No one was standing at the counter at all, and the other two employees were socializing.

If I could give zero stars I would.
Super slow service: not friendly.
Need to have more bankers so we don’t wait ages to be seen. Would not recommend ever.
I will actually be closing my accounts and moving them elsewhere because of the multiple experiences I’ve had with capital one banks

Steve was friendly, fast, and helpful when I needed assistance this morning. Going westbound on Stacy, there is no entrance in front of the bank so you either have to turn into the parking lot way before getting to the bank or get on the service road going north to then enter the shopping center.
