There is 2 people no matter what. No one can help in the drive thru until the lobby clients have been serviced. On 12/23/25 at 1100am there were 16 plus people in line. I need to switch banks . No Capital One Cafe needed

Refused to tell me their foreign exchange rate on the phone. This Capital One branch is an hour drive from my house. They want me to make a 2 hour round trip just to find out how much some Euros are going to cost. Bank of America posts their rate online. Time to switch?

This branch is awesome and my favorite banking location I’ve ever used. The staff at the front service desks Stephen, Joana, Dipo, and Negar are all very personable and friendly. I always enjoy going inside to make my deposits and am always greeted with smiles and friendliness. They have built a great team at this location!
