Worst 711 ive been to. They wouldnt sell me a gift card for teacher appreciation week. Old guy at 7:45 may,4 needs to be fired.While there i also witnessed 2 customers trying to get an order from doordash and he was not trying to give it to them.

Do not stop here. The reviews are for real. If you're door dash, don't even. Just witnessed a guy ignore orders for 20 mins while I waited in line for Robitussin and he held a guy hostage with conversation. 20 mins. No exaggeration.

Employee name Craig is so so so rude. We wait a while to pick up a doordash order a while and he is not giving us. We told him a name 3 times and he was just ignoring us.

Horrible customer service!!! The rudest in gas and convenient stops. I would never stop here unless you absolutely have to. Charge extra and then they make you wait while they go back for 5 mins and confirm you are right about hot pocket sales. Then tell you they dont accept ebt for pizza which is a cold product and clearly states right beneath it accepts EBT. Im mad. I never leave reviews, but this is b.s. ZERO stars

Service here stinks, Went in after putting gas to get a soda fountain refill soon as I stepped in the door the clerk told me that I couldn't get it on the cup I had, (I'm guessing cause it was not a 7-eleven cup) I told that I would pay for whatever amount the container will take, still said NO.I always get it at other gas stations, never had this issue.

Bad customer service, wouldn't be stopping here any time soon, this guy's try (I'm saying try cause that's all they did before I stopped them) to speak to customers like they do back home, all I wanted was to refill my personal drinking tumbler, like I have done in so many different gas stations, a simple sir we don't sell refills on personal cups would of been fine for me. But starting to be rude right from the beginning out of the blue. That's not flying with me.

I go into this location usually in the late evening. There are two men that work there that I had seen so far on this shift and they are both some of the rudest people I have ever met. This is at least a dozen times I have had the exact experience with myself being over friendly as possible in Hope's for a better situation. They just.continue to he rude. I hate having to.go to this store!!
