My Grandpa (who only speaks Vietnamese) came to this 711 with us to get a snack and to redeem lottery tickets. However, when it was it was time to redeem them, another man claimed those were his and the Indian man at the counter sided with him. He threatened to call the police, but my grandpa was trying to get his money. Scammer! He didn't even check the video footage. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Didn't know they were running a buy one get 1 for icees and they informed us at checkout so we got one free with 7 Eleven rewards. Thanks!

Went into get coffee and a donut with my son. Coffee from the machine was cold and the donuts old, hard, and dried out.

Worst 711 ive been to. They wouldnt sell me a gift card for teacher appreciation week. Old guy at 7:45 may,4 needs to be fired.While there i also witnessed 2 customers trying to get an order from doordash and he was not trying to give it to them.

Do not stop here. The reviews are for real. If you're door dash, don't even. Just witnessed a guy ignore orders for 20 mins while I waited in line for Robitussin and he held a guy hostage with conversation. 20 mins. No exaggeration.

Employee name Craig is so so so rude. We wait a while to pick up a doordash order a while and he is not giving us. We told him a name 3 times and he was just ignoring us.

Horrible customer service!!! The rudest in gas and convenient stops. I would never stop here unless you absolutely have to. Charge extra and then they make you wait while they go back for 5 mins and confirm you are right about hot pocket sales. Then tell you they dont accept ebt for pizza which is a cold product and clearly states right beneath it accepts EBT. Im mad. I never leave reviews, but this is b.s. ZERO stars
