Stopped here for gas. Everything was very clean and they even had a cute Thanksgiving decoration out too. Then someone opened the door to the store, and I smelled the BBQ. Smelled so good! It was delicious and we got our tank of gas. I look forward to stopping on our next trip through Fairfield. Wonderful!

The gas price here is incredibly expensive, do not stop here they are going to steal about $15 for each full tank.

Careful of the gas prices here. We stopped while on a trip when regular unleaded was going for $2.39, and I got the midgrade as usual. I then realized that midgrade was $3.69 and premium was $3.89. Basically there was a $1.30 price difference from regular to mid, which is ludicrous.

Outrageous !! Price looks reasonable on the sign but it is ONLY regular. Watch your wallet because the price goes up 1.50 per gallon if you want premium! And they have had complaints but the owner doesn't care. The cash register person has to listen to the complaints and the owner does nothing. The l quality of Coles BBW keeps declining so call us X-customers

Seems like a good deal for gas, but the owner tries to scams you if you try to get any other grade of gas. All other regular gas here was about $2.25 and plus gas was about $2.60, at this shell it was $2.30 for regular and $3.60 for plus. I went to speak with the attendant to point out the problem and they said thats the price. It was my fault I wasnt paying attention and fell for this obvious trap, but dont let it happen to you. Please avoid.

I have eaten here hundreds of times in the past and it was amazing then. But that was a few years ago, I dont know what happened but it's a complete waste of money now. Worst BBQ I have had in years, thankfully they didn't put much on that $20.00 plate because it would have ended up in the trash with the rest of it.

A nice gas station off of 45 that doubles as a BBQ place. Their brisket grilled cheese and chopped beef sandwich were amazing. The meat had a range of textures from nice and fatty to the crispy bits we all love with everything in between. Desserts were great and you could wash it all down with something from their decent beer selection. As my girlfriend would say this is going on the BBQ noms list!

Brisket done properly. Good crispiness and flavor on the bark; marbling throughout; tender and juicy. They slice it thinner than I like but still produce excellent brisket. The potato salad was perfect. Cole slaw could use a little more imagination but I still liked it. Corn bread reminds me of my grandma’s, which was my favorite. Folks were very nice as well.
