I have been staying at this Park for a while now. Management is responsible, friendly and easy to work with. The rent is good, especially concerning how well kept the grounds are and all the park offers. The refurbished laundry is great and a competitive price. It has been the best place to stay for me and my puppy.

Primrose RV Park located in the heart of Fairfield, TX. the heart of Freestone County. We are located 2.6 mile from I-45 across the street from the Fairfield Fair grounds. We are only 6 miles from Fairfield Lake State park. Fenced, gated with code entry, and level gravel lots. 30 & 50 AMP lots, mature shade trees, laundry and bathroom onsite. Come stay will visiting the Fuzzy Peach Festival (Peach Capital of Texas) - Cooper Farms), County Fair, Rodeos or many other events throughout the year. Make sure to visit Sam’s Original Restaurant; our world famous landmark that will take you back to a time of your mom’s good ole family Sunday dinner, but be sure you save some room for dessert. Their bread pudding and coconut cream pie are the best!
