I want to first start off by saying Alex, service manager, is great to work with. He was part of the dealership under previous ownership and has been nothing but pleasant to work with. He greets me by name and shoots me straight. I wish I could deal with Alex’s everywhere. Unfortunately, the rest of the issues outside of his excellent customer service are not enough to create a positive experience. I scheduled an appointment via myChevrolet to have an oil change performed on my vehicle. I get a call later that day from a sales representative saying they were calling me about my interest in 2015 Chevy Silverado. It frustrated me because this wasn’t the first time this has happened. Every time I’ve scheduled any service with your dealership through the app I’ve gotten a call from a member of the sales team following what they think is a sales lead and it’s my vehicle I already own. Did they not even check to see they had that car in their inventory?!? The previous time I shared my frustration with the associate and they said they would put notes in to not call me when I scheduled service again. Well that didn’t happen this time, still got the call. Then, to add to the already frustrating situation, anytime service manager goes on lunch, the gentleman from parts covering for Alex can check me out but can’t give me any paperwork or receipt for my records stating what services were performed because “he doesn’t know the computer part of it.” I’ve had this issue multiple times. I don’t understand why cross training can’t be completed. Ever since this dealership changed ownership, the culture has been sales driven. I get it, want to recoup on your investment, but the level here is to intense so I won’t be coming back. The only reason I came this time is because I had one more service as part of a package. Prices have been raised so it doesn’t make sense for me to drive 30 mins and pass one Chevy dealership to come to this one and be charged more. Under new ownership does not always bring the best experiences for loyal customers.

Alex Lowe is a great asset in the service department. Whenever I have a question he always has an answer or solution or he will find out and promptly get back to me. Alex is the # 1 reason I always return to the dealership for my truck, his level of customer care has always remained the same.

Met Alex (Service Manager) at 7:25 am April 30, 2024. Alex opened the doors early, ck times though 7:30 am maybe a weekly standard. Coffee & comfortable seating was available along with some Fairfield TX local friendliness & discussions.
My truck was evaluated and the problem was diagnosed with no charge. (Don’t expect that in Houston).
I will gladly drive the distance to have good People take care of my Baby. I felt comfortable and at ease immediately upon arrival and continuing until I left!

I have been a long time buyer from Frank Kent Chevrolet in Corsicana. When I heard that Kyle Williams and Austin Jones worked at your dealership I decided to make the short drive. I could not have been any happier with my service from Zachary Jones and all the staff at your dealership. I was able to test drive multiple trucks and made a decision I was happy with. Austin and Kyle were there to help make the deal happen and Zach was willing to answer any questions I had. I will be back.
