“I stay here every few months for work and stay 2-3 days at a time. Last month I checked in for two nights. I didn't book until the night before my arrival (close to midnight). Well, I mistakenly booked it for that same evening. When I checked in the following day I was told that my reservation was for yesterday. I apologized, said that I booked it late last night but it was supposed to be for today. He corrected it, and checked me in. Never said a word about charging me for the error.When I received my credit card statement, I was charged an additonal $190 for one night stay. This wasn't relected in my original statement on the app.I realize it was my error but it was late that evening. They obviously didn't already have that room booked.You lost my business. I'll stay elsewhere next time I'm in town.”
