Fun Town will be the ONLY place you will ever want to shop for your RV! The great folks who work with you are zero pressure, super knowledgeable and go way above and way beyond regarding any customer service experience we’ve ever had. They know their business, answer all of your questions and don’t want you to leave until you’re completely and totally satisfied.Garret S (who works at the Corsicana location) showed us lots of RVs over the course of several hours. He even helped us further by meeting us at the Fairfield location to show us two other RVs he thought we would like. He’s that nice!! And that is where we found our dream used RV.Fun Town in Fairfield connected us with Dan the Finance Manager…one of the kindest and most organized finance people we’ve ever dealt with…this guy even goes outside in the freezing cold weather to put your temporary tag on and sees you on you way with a big thank you and “be safe out there” wave. Our great technician, Kenny, walked us through all of the interior and exterior systems and patiently answered every question we had…he even joined Dan in the “thanks for giving us the opportunity” send off wave to help you find a great RV. Save yourself time, frustration and $$$ by shopping at FunTown RV. You’ll be soooo glad you did! Rich and Lynn Sheehan

Just purchased a new to us grey wolf. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Jody with the sales team kept me up to date on what the inventory was so that when the exact camper i was looking for came in I was able to jump on it before it was gone. Dan in finance and his boss went out of their way to get me the terms and payment I wanted including a warranty! The service team was amazing with the walk through and made sure everything was in tip top shape and to our liking. This camper has a few upgrades from our trade and they made sure we knew how everything worked that was new to us. Not just assuming we knew it all because we already owned one before. Even identified a minor leak at the toilet before we left and fixed it on the spot; saving us a trip for service.

Absolute worst warranty place I've ever had dealings with, we thought since we lived in Fairfield me and my wife that it was extremely convenient that since we purchased a "brand new" Fifthwheel from the corsicana store that when it came tire for maintenance and warranty it would be lovely and easy living in the same town as one of their "better" warranty hubs. I will forever speak against funtown after this and we own/manage one of the largest Rv parks in Fairfield. The shower floor cracked in the master bath of our Fifthwheel and we called, made an appointment with Tracy at the Fairfield location. We brought our Fifthwheel in so they could inspect and take pictures of the shower and how it cracked. She said give her a month or so to get it ordered and she would call us back. We have left 2 voicemails since then and never received 1 call from funtown and their records reflect my same dates, the pictures and inspection was done September 1st of 2023. At this point we will be reaching out to Cleburn the Funtown headquarters about this gross handling of warranty work and lack of communication.

Breakfast is sub par at best.. They reuse the foods that people don't eat the day before. You will need a strong stomach to eat there.. The indoor pool was nice just not heated like their ad claims... The rooms was not clean when we checked in. The furniture was old and stained.. If you sit on the couch you will go str8 to the bottom of it (no more cushion).. Customer service I would describe as lazy. They wouldn't even bring towels to ur room.

I have stayed at many Fairfield Inn & Suites and typically have had a satisfactory experience. This particular hotel though, is very dated and dirty. The windows' seals are mostly broken, so all of the windows are fogged. We stayed this weekend for a competition going on at TCU with our daughter. I understand the economics of supply and demand, but the charge was well over $250 and the room was really awful. Marriott really needs to upgrade this property. I'm sure they get plenty of traffic as there just aren't that many to choose from near TCU, but still.

I've stayed in several Fairfield inn and suites , but this one isn't like any of the other ones I've stayed in , rooms are run down and , When I walked in The room it , smelled like the last person who had stayed in the room and it wasn't pleasant . The room doesn't feel clean bathtub wasn't cleaned either and Im assuming it's Victor , soap still in the bathtub , I'm disappointed that I spent money here for the next two nights . I don't recommend this place ,

The bathrooms have stains and broken faucets. They left the shower hooks up even though they aren't needed for the new Marriott shower curtains. These hooks have been producing rust. The public floors are covered with some kind of white, small plaster pieces. The housekeeper didn't remove the leftovers food from the fridge left by the previous guest. The carpets in the room are sticky. The breakfast is great and the young woman taking care of it worked very hard to keep things full. I will not be back though.
