First and foremost I am pleased and overall happy with my product a 23 F250, I ordered this vehicle and only waited 2 months for delivery. My purchase experience was less than favorable finding I had been charged 2 unsolicited products each 399.00 dollars that were not wanted and completely useless. I was informed that it was Corporate policy and nothing could be done. At that point my option was to not accept delivery of the vehicle or pay the fees. I paid. Oh by the way... when ordering the vehicle I did ask if the price quoted was what I was going to pay, including dealer prep and delivery and was told yes it was. My PMI was very poor, front and rear glass had glue from delivery stickers still on windows. And plastic parts missing that were ordered in and given to me to install the next day. Thank you FORD for a product I anticipate enjoying for years to come, Freestone auto, you have unfortunately lost a current customer's loyalty.

Left text and messages about interest in a truck on their website. Had an appt at 8:15 next morning. Got message this a.m. that the advertised truck was wholesale only and would not be available to me. I did tell Keaton "up yours" being kinda irritated about getting cash together to get truck so his nasty rejoinder was to be expected. I know where not to go for a vehicle.

April 1st 2022, my experience purchasing a used Jeep Wrangler was great. My sales person Tina was attentive, cordial, and was perfect to work with. At that time I would have rated them at 5 stars. That is now a different story! Fast forward to April 2023, my Jeep is unable to pass inspection due to the windows being tinted too dark. I have not done anything to the windows since my purchase, so it's VERY odd how it could pass inspection at the dealership but not pass a year later in the exact way they sold it to me. I've made MANY attempts (voicemails and contact requests) trying to contact the General Manager Kyle Williams to discuss the issue without any response. I know that it was sold "as is", but they knowingly passed a vehicle in violation. At the very least, they should have removed the tint prior to my purchase to make it legal. The time I've wasted on this issue and money spent to resolve it could have all been avoided. I have since resolved this on my own and filed a formal complaint with the Enforcement Division of Texas DMV. Unfortunately for me, any fines or penalties would go to a state fund. I would have to pursue a sperate civil claim to be compensated. I can only hope the TX DMV will look into this seriously and take action. Buyer Beware!

Bad business practices including fraud. They will ask for resolution online but not in person. You will bring in a truck to trade in and it will not bring the price down at all. Gave me 20,000 trade in and added 20,000 to the sticker price of the 2019 Toyota Tacoma. They will sell you a truck worth 25,000 and try to sell it to you for 76,435. Please pay attention to your contract. Do not sign anything. Once you sign a contract, they will never let you take your truck back. Even when they are mechanical issues with the truck. I know. I tried to bring the car back the next day. Shady car salesman like Kyle and Greg William and Mike and Cowboy. Victor Quintanilla will help you get a fraudulent loan you can't afford.

Drove 4 hours to pickup a vehicle after being assured the vehicle was ready to go. Go there just to find out that the air conditioner wasnt working. Dealer tried to assure me it was fine and wanted us to sign for the vehicle. I refused to take it and told them to check it out first. Their ac machine was down so I had to wait til monday. Monday no contact was made by the dealer. I reached out and was told they would let me know. Still nothing from dealer on Tuesday. Finally get a response after another email saying they will let me know. Finally get an answer to my email on Wednesday saying the ac has a leak and they are going to sell the vehicle wholesale. I ask if I have an opportunity to buy it at a reduced price and I dont get a response back. I am happy I didnt get pressured into buying a car with an ac problem, but I am disappointed in the lack of communication from this dealer. 4 hours of wasted time and money driving out to this dealership for nothing.

I brought my truck in to get repaired on Monday, and they had it fixed by Tuesday!!
