There seems to be a trend with CASCADE and Fairfield home center/palestine home center. CLOSING DOCUMENTS!!! Cascade will inform you that your documents are available online, however, you will not have access to these documents. They will tell you to log into a website to view these documents, BUT, you won't be able to because the log in email will not match your email. the log in email will be different by ONE character and they will lead you to believe that you, the customer, made the mistake. you didn't. I promise.
Hey!! ROBERT CHAMBERS: everything done in the dark will come to light. Enjoy it while you can! ;)

Had a great experience with Chrystal and Fairfield Home Center. She made the entire process super easy! She never got annoyed with all my questions and was always ready to help! 6 months after moving in she still checks up on us to see how things are. The people at fairfield home center truly care about their customers, they're not just digging for sales like some of the crooked places out there

**Fairfield Home Center has done some repairs after a few months of back and forth, so thank you for that.
But, on the other hand, Finding more and more factory defects within my Kabco home as the days go by. I'd avoid Kabco - it's not a Fairfield Home issue - It's straight up Kabco. Hate that I have to put that, but it's true.
*Upon reading multiple reviews for Kabco Builders - many, many people have had issues with there homes. I thought a well built quality home was being purchased, but I fell victim to issues throughout my home. I'd avoid Kabco and do research on other manufacturers before purchase. I should have.
In regards to Fairfield Homes Center -Cash Buying/Sale process went well - but afterwards:
A few months have passed since a repair order was apparently submitted to Kabco from Fairfield/Palestine Home Center - to repair an obvious factory error. Other factory errors developed within my home since. Kabco has not been efficient. Pressure to push Kabco to handle issues in a timely manner seems to not be present as well. Reached out multiple times. Last time I reached out it was like the whole process/error had to be explained again.
The transport contractor affiliated with the two home centers is Crown Contracting.
Upon setup of the house, Crown contracting was notified of some issues at which I was informed would be taken care of. Almost three months and a few times of reaching out, customer service has failed.
Support to the companies above and or references can no longer be available at this time from my behalf.

*BEWARE*Purchased the home 7 months ago and they’ve never come out to do the walk through, fix repairs or install the skirting. Set a date, and they never showed up after WE took off work to be here. They didn’t even have the decency to call us and tell us they weren’t coming. Now there’s a leak under the house and under the kitchen sink that’s ruining the cabinetry. Talked to them almost a month ago and they said they’d send a plumber. Still nothing and they refuse to answer emails, phone calls or messages. We’re getting our attorney involved since they can’t hold up their end of the contract. This is RIDICULOUS!

We purchased our home in May of 2023, and to this day, the trim out was never completed. Texas Best, they're a joke. Fairfield Home Center is a joke. At some point, every illegal activity will catch up with them. These reviews with all the five stars, only a handful of them belong to actual customers. The others, family members, employees from Fairfield Home Center, or some other manufactured home retailer that is owned by Jessup. They're "hands down" nothing but crooks whose "integrity" is non existent. To the person with the comment about the paper inside the cabinet... our home (and I use that term mildly) has one paper inside, with a second paper glued on top. Two different papers with different information. Our appraisal? Based on a house that isn't the one we purchased. I would list more, but I am not willing to give them a heads up on what's coming their way. I wouldn't recommend this place or these homes to my worst enemy. Texas best? Ran by someone who just got off probation for meth and other charges. I'm all about second chances.... unless you still have that mentality, Deborah Mink Davis Wilson, still is out to get something for nothing. They are not licensed nor are they registered with Navarro County as a business. Buyer Beware. Stay away. Crown Contracting, joke also. They say they don't offer a warranty.... I wouldn't know though, I have yet to see any actual paperwork on my dirt pad, installation, or the skirting I purchased.

As you read below this began a great reviw, however part 2* we were suppose to have someone come out and address any issues or concerns. We were handed over to Tabitha. Communication was zero! She never called us back addressed our concerns over the vapor barrier, the septic which was causing erosion much less the small things in the mobile home that were never addressed. I called multiple times and was told she would call. She did nothing. Very disappointed.******* So happy we were referred to Kyle Kansala by our realtor. As senior citizens, never been thru buying a mobile home, we felt secure, knowing we could trust him as he led and guided us thru the process of picking a home, and helping us thru all the details. Awesome experience!

Our Home was delivered 8/2023. Everything started off good. The blowout upon delivery blew out the kitchen floor & damaged our dishwasher. After walking into our home & seeing the wrong kitchen sink & fireplace due to “miscommunication with our salesperson and the manufacturer.” Robert did make it right on those 3 things. But other than that it has been a Horrible experience. Texas Best construction did crap work. (Supposedly they don’t use them anymore) After 3x of Texas Best coming out redoing work they should have got right the first time ..we Told fairfield homes not to send that crew back out. After 2x of another contractor coming out going over lists, & us having to resend list after list we still haven't gotten anywhere. We paid $4500 extra to have nice woodlap skirting to match the siding we also paid extra for on our home .. Several times they had crews out here trying to put on the wrong skirting. Thankfully they were stopped before wasting materials & here it is 8.5months of having our home and we still have no skirting !! Supposedly it’s still in Alabama. The damage from the blowout is still there, installation hanging out from underneath our house, roof & vent a hood ripped off during transit, flooring peeling up everywhere, cabinets cracked & peeling, huge gaps in doors, cracks in walls, crown molding and lots more. Poor quality in interior paint which is unexceptable when you pay what you do for these homes.
We are Constantly being given the run around, And have been passed from person to person as everyone sits around and points the finger at the other person. Looks like we aren’t the only ones in this situation.
When a contractor was here replacing our fireplace they revealed trash bags half filled with trash, swept up debri & water bottles from the manufacturer that was inside our walls & live wires.. a email was sent to Robert & The Manufacturer from the contractor so they are aware what they are sending out & selling. and No response!
Oh and the serial number in our cabinet & our paper work don’t match … Not sure if anyone else has contacted them but looks like our next step very soon will be contacting TDHCA

I purchased a Kabco mobile home, during transit to our property the house basically fell apart, cracks throughout the house, floors were broken due to blowout during transit, I was promised that they would repair the house promptly. It has been 6 weeks and I am still waiting. I am truly disappointed in the response to repair this house so it can be lived in. They got their money I have already had to make a payment. This is on a home that is in an unlivable condition, cannot
even move our furniture in.

Steer clear of this place unless you want to speak with super rude, unprofessional and unhelpful ppl. Called about a home land package and was told find a realtor super rude lady (crystal) they need to hire better help. with a $300k budget they just lost our business because of her.

Kyle was so helpful, never pushy. New experience for us. Held our hand for nearly a year, even when we were feeling overwhelmed. Never too busy to take our calls.Always supportive even if I was being wishy washy. Don’t know how we would have done it without him. Thank you! Thank you!
