“I highly recommend this business!!! I was traveling from Houston to Dallas last week and my water pump went out. I called AAA to tow me either home or tow a local mechanic. While waiting on AAA, I called a few local mechanics and was told they could not help me on such a short notice. I called MG and explained the situation and they said, "if you get your truck to us by 1:30, we can get you back on the road before 5pm." I was towed to their shop by AAA and got there about 1:10pm and my water pump and serpentine belt was repaired and I was back on the road before 4:00pm. The price was more than fair! I wish MG was in my town. Great work guys, you were the silver lining to by horrible day!”

“I talked about buying a built trans from Brett and after him getting my truck he discovered my trans was in good shape and just needed a new valve body. He could have sold me a trans but we did his valve body, coolant bypass, and bumped line pressure up. Truck runs amazing. But most importantly I feel he has been one of the best and honest mechanics I’ve used. He took the time to explain what was going on.I have since took it back and had him do the fleece turbo, intake elbow, and grid heater delete. “We experienced a fuel filter failure on our 2018 F250 6.7 diesel truck. Texas Towing towed our truck and travel trailer from I-45 about 15 miles south of Fairfield to Freestone Ford.It was late close to Freestone's service department closing. We are not locals from the area. The service department was able to free up a tech to look at out truck. The tech diagnosed the problem and showed me the defective filter pumping diesel through a crack in the filter. Freestone Parts department had a replacement filter on the shelf. The tech installed the filter. Cleaned the engine compartment of the diesel that had sprayed and puddled on the engine. They drove the truck at highway speed and checked for leaks.We were on our way to Dallas to see our grandson pitch in the Texas-New Mexico JUCO Baseball Region 5 & 14 all star games. Without Freestone Ford's extra efforts we would have missed the game. We appreciate the excellent customer service we received at Freestone Ford.”
