I had a order online receive email confirmation ready to pick up. Drive 45 min next day. I go to cashier at front and tell her I have order to pick up. She yells me I will have to go look for it myself because she can't leave the front. No employee could find my order and had now idea how to look up orders to find. Next day call manager, he says we don't have your order. I say who sends the emails. He said we don't. We call people. What? Look I have a confirmed email with order # and your don't know. I am then talking to lady from service department and she confirms they do have my order. I can come pick it up. I spent 20 dollars yesterday in has driving there. They can't mail it to me. The best offer I got form their screw up was a 10% discount which didn't even cover the loss of my gas money much less my time. This location has employees that are rude by telling customer to go look for it yourself and they are not trained on how to look orders up. The manager didn't even know......I cancelled my order. I will never do business with them again.

They were prepared to stay open ahead of time, for my plumbing Emergency; though, it wasn't necessary. Rats... Their staff was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. As well as, having a well stocked inventory, and redesigned floor plan. I was pleased with my trip, as they were quick and truly helpful!Thanks ACE; your Fairfield, Texas store is representing you all the RIGHT way.
