This CVS certainly has upped its game at hiring great employees. I have been consistently treated with courtesy and appreciation by so many of their employees. The Pharmacy team has often gone out of their way to assist me with product information.

I agree that I have similar experiences as other people do the pharmacy is slow and the workers are rude. Need to clean house.

Horrible service. The pharmacist said all my personal information so loudly everyone was staring at me I was so ashamed. She was sure up on her high horse. Refused to fill my med even after my doctor got on the phone with her. I became very ill because of her horrible treatment of patients I’ll never understand why she is servicing the public the way she acted. I’ve turned her into the board of pharmacy for refusing to fill a medication without contacting my doctor which by the board rules is what is supposed to occur. Deserves to have board action and retraining

I wish I didn’t have to use this pharmacy but my insurance forces me to. I had no idea they close for lunch because what other pharmacy closes for lunch?! I walked in right as they were about to close for lunch apparently. I had no idea but could tell they were not happy I was there even though no one ever nicely explained they were trying to close for lunch. They started the process of getting my prescriptions but for some reason one of them had not been processed through insurance. I showed them that I was sent a discount card but they said I would have to come back after lunch to do that. They checked me out for one prescription but would not run the second one through and told me I had to come back.As I was standing there at least 3 or 4 other people came up that also had no idea they close for lunch and were turned away.I do not blame the employees for this practice - obviously they need to eat but why not stagger lunches like everyone else? This is very inconvenient for customers.

What is happening to CVS? An hour after my prescription was sent in, I was told it would be another 15 to 20 minutes and they would make an announcement in the store when it was ready. An hour later I got in a line with 12 people in front of me to see if it was ready yet. I waited for 35 minutes in that line and there were still seven people in front of me. I left and will try another day to pick up my prescription. Who has two hours to wait for a prescription? I go out of my way to go to this location. There used to be an Indian woman who ran the pharmacy who was amazing. She had it running, smoothly, efficiently, and was always pleasant. Apparently, she is no longer there as this has become just like every other CVS location. It looks like H-E-B down the street just got my business.

I scheduled an appointment for a flu vaccine at 5 PM. Left work early to get there on time. Stood in a 10 minute line just to check in. Then I sat waiting for another 20 minutes. I had to go back to the counter and stand in line again to talk to one of the counter people. She was rude and dismissive. When I told her I was still waiting, she said oh OK. Then she went back to her computer. No acknowledgment that I was waiting or what, if anything, she would do about it. I left. Shortly after that, I got a text notice from CVS that my appointment had been canceled.

Grossly unprofessional and undertrained pharmacist and pharmacy staff. District manager unresponsive. Vastly different service levels versus nearby CVS locations. If you enjoy 45 minute hold queues, indefinitely parked backorders, or staff who think B12 is an antibiotic. This is the pharmacy for you!

After waiting in the drive-thru for almost 20 minutes, finally pulled up to the window and they closed it. Would not respond to the call button. Went inside and was told they closed at 5 and it didn't matter if you are in line or not. They refused to help and replied with a snarky response of "you ought to get here earlier or come inside. Maybe come back tomorrow". Horrible attitude and lousy customer relation. Terribly run pharmacy. Guessing my rant won't mean anything since management probably doesn't read reviews. Hope they lose business when the new HEB opens.
