The Store in Fabens, TX. Is one of the useless and worst customer service i have ever experienced. I just witnessed a 80 year old man trying to get his $130.00 RefundFrom Metro PCS, and the Manager refused to refund his money. Insted the Manager, was only willing to refund $29.00.Would be nice if Big Corperations, would concentrate on taking care of the customer.Instead they are only looking at trying to find ways to extract and cheat the customer.

Been standing here for 30 minutes and had ti call Bianca's attention to the fact that she's got the music blasting and talking the afternoon away with another woman. I told her that I wasn't trying to be rude but I have to get to work if she could quit chatting and get to work and she was very rude saying that if I don't like it that I can come back another day. So what I'm supposed to drive to graveyard shift without a phone because your employee feels its more important to be gossiping than serving the paying customer??

Faben's location is Definitely one of the worst customer service I've had yet.They'll just send you off with a blink of an eye. I walked in a few times with a different concern and every time I was sent away without any help, not once did they even hold my phone in their hands to see if something could be done.I drove into Horizon with the same concerns and never once was I pushed away from the Horizon location, in fact they answered every concern I had and fixed the problem.I will NOT return to Metro PCS in Fabens TX ever again even if I live 1 minute away.... I'd rather drive somewhere else!!!
