The lady inside there short curly brown hair with glasses is very rude! I'm just trying to get my mail sorted out and come up there with my ID like the other people told me to do to confirm it cause I can't on my end due to not receiving my letter. She was very loud with me and acted like she didn't want to hear me or believe me. HORRIBLE customer service! Other folks are nice and understanding except her she's like that EVERY TIME I go in there! And all I'm trying to do is get my mail.

Was informed by the VA pharmacy that my medication were delivered today by the usps. My mail carrier said they didn't have them. Again usps tracking says delivered and mail carrier says they don't have them.

Multiple times I have gotten mail that wasnt mine and wnen I dont receive an expected delivery on time it is always a worry, I am considering a PO box as an alternative

It's really not fair that I rate the Eustace Post Office with only 2 stars, because over all the years we have lived here (25)we have had above 5 star service. Now with the new carrier I ordered a Water pond lettuce live plant. On the box in bright red letters it states Do No Place In Hot Mailbox, Place In Shade Area Our carrier put the plant in the very hot mail box, I have a metal stand that says please place package here. (Its in the shade) if the letters were not printed so big on the box I could understand. Our old postman went out of his was to make sure packages were delivered safely. I am so disappointed
