Id give it 0 stars if I could.Do NOT trust this place. I called last year trying to get a front end alignment and they told my grandfather who I was staying with at the time I needed all of this extra crap done to my car without my knowledge while I was working. Total scam. I gave them no permission to start performing anything onto my car either. I even spoke to the owner of the place. Anyways they went behind my back to manipulate an old man and swindle him out of his money. As soon as my grandfather (who is not the owner of the vehicle) informed me, I told them to stop immediately. They lied to me and said the work was done when my grandfather had just been notified less than 30 minutes before.Anyways they are liars and scammed us. My poor grandfather felt so obligated and stressed he believed the work was already done and paid up over $1,100. A front end alignment which was $92.76, and $1,052.72 to work on the struts, suspension and axle. This service occurred on March 28, 2022. Months later I went to Gun Nissan and had a multi point Inspection on October 12, 2022. To my surprise my Front struts, suspension, and cv axle ALL FAILED INSPECTION.Taggart you should be SUED. Anyways here is proof of my receipts.

We did not need service however this business called us immediately in response to our online appointment request! We discussed that our issue could be resolved but he told us to call him back if needed. Just nice to get a response as several repair places didn't even answer the phone. Thank you!

Hunter displayed very good customer service and told me straight how it was and didn't take advantage of me because I'm young and don't really know much about vehicles he was able to meet my needs for today and I'm happy with the service I got -Randy Wallace

We are from out of town. Our car's suspension started acting up. When we explained our situation, they offered to drop us off and pick us up when it was ready.

What a great experience! We haven't had to buy my husband a vehicle in 5 years because he has always had a company car. Going to the dealership is usually never easy and mostly just annoying. When we found out my husband's new job didn't come with a car we were bummed about having to go shop for some new wheels for him. Fortunately, Taggart made life easy with a great selection and even better customer service. Pat and his finance team worked hard to get us the deal we wanted and I couldn't be happier. I won't buy a car anywhere else now! Thank you Pat and Taggart for treating customers like you actually care.

I will never go to this place again..their service department is not helpful at all, in fact, the tall thin older man with glasses is down right rude.I had fender damage to a trailer I purchased from them. I took it to get an estimate and options for repair..I opted to order a fender and do the repair myself only to have them get crappy with me about it..they told me it would be a while before the fender came in..when it finally did, it came in naked! Not even primer or cutouts for lights..it had surface rust as well..called the same trailer dealer in Victoria and they told me they could have sent them a fender that was plug and play ready to mount..they deliberately were difficult and ordered me what they did out of spite because I did my own repairs..Ridiculous.

My 2012 F-150 was experiencing a rough idle and intermittent miss, and check engine light. It was initially taken to a ford dealer which is national auto dealer group in Corpus Christi. They charged over $300 for diagnostic charges, two weeks later, the service writer called and said the #1 cylinder valve was stuck and they needed to replace the motor. I knew that wasn't the case and took the truck to Taggart Service Center in Portland Texas. 2 days and $250. Taggart discovered the issue was a short in the #1 cylinder coil wire - fixed it - truck runs great. Thank You Taggart - saves us thousands of dollars.

This place is very well run, professional and has reasonable prices from what I've seen. However, it took my and 1.5 hours for oil change yesterday and I had an appointment and it is going on over and hour now for an inspection. I'd still recommend this place unless you're in a hurry.
