Wonderful and helpful staff. Kennedy was so very sweet & answered all my questions. I ran into some issues getting switched over from my old provider and the whole staff was so helpful in getting me all set up & squared away.

Both of the managers named Josh and specialist Lee were absolute warriors. These guys stayed late to resolve my issue and not once did they give up or throw in the towel because of a road block. And there were a ton of road blocks. The issue was with tmobile and number porting. But these guys knocked it out of the park. True dedication. Excellent customer service. This is exactly how it should be. Do not get confused with another verizon store further up in the same shopping center which is just an authorized retailer.

I had an amazing experience at the Verizon store, all thanks to Jordan Morris, my sales rep. He went above and beyond to ensure that my mom's birthday present was truly unforgettable. Not only did I receive a discount for porting in a number and taking advantage of in-store purchases, but I also ended up saving money on my overall bill with additional credits for adding multiple lines of service.
What impressed me the most was the exceptional customer service provided by Jordan and his peers. They not only set up every device flawlessly but also transferred all the content seamlessly. They were able to answer the questions we had. It didn't feel transactional; it felt like gaining a new friend while saving money.
If you happen to be in the area, I highly recommend visiting this Verizon store. Being a corporate location, Jordan has the advantage of utilizing internal contacts to resolve any issues you may encounter. Moreover, his expertise in customizing plans that suit you and your family is truly commendable.
When you visit, be sure to ask for Jordan Morris. Trust me, he is the best!

Came in to trade-in two phones after using an upgrade promotion. Asked for a paper receipt because email confirmation of trade-in did not come through. Waited 50 minutes to be told that they cannot produce a receipt that outlined the completion of the entire order. Customer service here is abysmal. Complete disregard for peoples time coupled with poor communication. Would leave 0 stars if it were possible.

I was double charged for screen protectors in store. UPDATE: But the two black kings fixed it and I appreciate that. I was heated and you guys worked it until it made sense so I'm give It 4star. Fixed something they didn't break might I add.

I went into Verizon to purchase a new iPhone. I had the xs max and wanted to purchase the phone 14 max pro. I was helped by an associate and was asked the basic questions. What color would you like, what GB, etc. He said you want to do monthly payments right. I said no I want to purchase it in full. (Which I have done before with Verizon) I’ve been with Verizon for YEARS. I let him know I just want to buy the phone and have y’all help me move everything over. He said okay! Let me go check in the back if we have that color. When he returned he said they did not have my color in stock (that’s ok) and that his manager told him they would not sell me the phone because i wanted to pay for it in full and it brought no benefit to the store because I wasn’t doing an installation plan or monthly payments. It would basically be like giving a phone away. No that’s is inaccurate because I would still be paying for the phone. No one was asking for a “free phone”. They directed me to go to their sister store up the road and see if they would let me purchase it in full or go to apple. I left to apple and they said Verizon should have not told me that and that it was wrong and I completely agree. Just saying I will not be returning to this store. I’m really rating this one star but no one ever believes one star reviews.
