The gentleman who helps with the passport application was super helpful and had a wonderful personality. He was very nice and made feel welcome and guide me thru the process since it was the first time requesting the passport. Thank you very much. I didn’t ask for his name but he is a great team member.

Me and my husband moved to Euless not to long ago. I did all the change of address online to get my mail delivered to my new address. It took us three times total to do this whole process I eventually gotten so frustrated that I went there in Person and explain to them about my frustration and this manner. The employee who also helped us was kind rude towards me he took my US passport and said my last name in a rude way. I get that everyone has a bad day, but no reason to slash out at me. Eventually, we got that take care off, but i only will go there if i really have to after that experience.

The workers are not up to date on laws or they just dont wanna do their job. My daughter is fresh out of grad school and she is staying with me while she finds an apartment I paid for her a PO Box online and per the instructions she needed to bring two forms of ID the first day she went and was told her second form needed to be in her case since she's not on my lease a voter registration card. So thats what she brought but this time one of the workers gave her some incorrect information. She told her because her ID wasnt from Texas she couldnt get the keys.She told her this was a Texas Law. I searched everywhere to find this and even call the customer service number and was told thats not true. Your ID is only used for verification purposes she made that up. I canceled the PO Box cause its already starting off Rockie with workers making up their own laws

I visited this USPS office to mail a package and apply for a passport, and the experience was smooth and professional. The staff were friendly especially Marcus , explained the passport process clearly, and helped me complete my application quickly. The lobby and self-service kiosk were clean and easy to use. Highly recommend this location for both mailing and passport services.

Extremely unhappy with this place, I have been multiple times to pick up my mail, that I put on hold, no was able to find it, now some employee is telling me mail was sent back. 🤬😤😡

Marcus is the man! He is super knowledgeable and very kind. He was very patient with my one month old and her passport photos. This is a busy location, but the entire staff does a great job processing people as efficiently as possible
