I witnessed an interaction in the store that I feel escalated way too fast and could have been handled differently. In the span of a few minutes, a customer was confronted by an employee for taking a picture of a product and then was having the police called on her. She came across as annoyed, but I don’t think her reaction warranted a call to the police. She had her young child with her who was in tears. I don’t know the full story, but it was very uncomfortable to witness and I feel it could have been handled with more professionalism.

The other day I went to the store in euless tx and I'm very new to makeup and I was asking to somebody to speak Spanish and I came across a worker that speaks the language and he was very nice towards me I believe his name was Estefan or Esteban I don't know which one was it, while he was teaching me how to apply my makeup a black woman with a big black hat approached to him with the most heating look and she made me fell so uncomfortable, so I asked him if he was ok for the way that woman was looking at him and he said "I'm okay" but it seems like he was about to cry, it felt like discrimination right there

I went to get me some fragrances today on my lunch time, the was a woman with red hair, the name tag said Lisa, I approached to her cause I was gonna purchased a Savage fragrance for my husband, she replied to me I should get something cheaper cause the price was to high for me, she should not work for Ulta making people feel like we can not afford their products, this would be the last time I visit this location and I make sure I'll let know my relatives and friends know

If I could I want to give 0...very bad experience ... The lady basically told me the specific cosmetics I needed are expensive for me and to try other brands like drug store type.... I was shocked ? I told the manager but I don't think she even cared at all....anyhow too bad.... I went to Sephora and received superb treatment and spent about $400

Esteban is like a goddess with makeup like he could copy paste anything and everything 5 STARS he definitely deserves a raise he is like carrying the Ulta team on if it wasn’t for him the sales would’ve been bad I hope his position would be higher Ulta please he can do anything with makeup he works in EULESS TEXAS ULTA he knows a LOT and he is great with his clients and doesn’t complain with his clients.

Esteban is a pure gem. He was everything ?. Knowledgeable, all kinds of sweet, and smelled amazing. I wish I could come in and have him do my makeup everyday. I must come back and have him teach me more.

They marked my purchase as picked up after they had closed for the day (probably to make their sales goals) and now I'm out that money and there is nothing anyone will do about it

I'm thoroughly disappointed in the customer service I had to deal with today with my should have been, eyebrow waxing appointment. I've always loved the Brow Bar at Ulta and have been going for several year. It was awkward and uncomfortable and I have never experienced an issue with this location until now. I had an appointment at 11:20 and the technician just looked at me and paid no attention to the fact I was there. Eventually I was helped by another associate to sit in a chair and wait. I proceeded to wait until 11:40 before having to reschedule and then decided to take my business elsewhere to another company. It's sad some people just don't understand basic customer service anymore.

Horrible customer service. Came here to return something. I misplaced the receipt so i asked if they can find me in the system, since they take my number all the time. They said they cant find me . Fine. But you cannot give bad customer service.

Everyone likes Ulta just beware if you use your points for money off your online purchase, you'll lose that money if you need to return a defective product to the store. My Perfect Day dry shampoo had a defective spray nozzle. I was charged $45 plus tax. I called customer service, and they said to return it at my local Ulta for an immediate refund. However, I was surprised to learn that I'd only get $35 refund because their in store price is only $40 & "I'd received an online discount for $5". I said, "Shouldn't I be entitled to the same amount as I paid and not lose my points?" She said she could only refund what the register says. Everyone knows it's more expensive when you order online.

Yandy Stepp single handedly ruined this store.
She's a narcissistic, money hungry manager who doesn't care about anyone.
And if you're on her bad side she will find a way to fire you or plant absent marks on you to get you terminated.
This store is a joke and NOONE HIGHER UP IS DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT EVEN THOUGH EVERYONE WHO HAS QUIT BECAUSE OF YANDY HAS COMPLAINED TO HR. Don't give these people your business. This corporation is so money hungry.
