I rented online and it was an easy process. I arrived after my pick up time and was taken care of even though the wonderful manager was getting ready to go home after a long day. She helped me get the truck I rented and was very pleasant and patient with me. After a lot of "mishaps" with my credit card and getting it to work, I finally got everything handled. She was absolutely amazing and made my stressful day seem a little less stressful. What a wonderful person you have as your manager. If I ever need a truck again I know exactly where I will go!!!!”

“I would highly recommend the Euless Life Storage/Extra Space Storage facility. Yes it might be on the older side but it's well taken care of and you're just storing stuff anyway! They do have climate controlled units, which I would highly recommend seeing as it gets extremely hot in the summer and the heat will ruin everything! Plus they have the best manager, Steve, who truly values you as a customer and does whatever necessary to keep your business! Loyalty matters and it feels good to be appreciated by a business! Kudos to Steve & Life Storage, where you, the customer, matter!”
