My homeowners insurance was canceled Jun 10th, it wasn't until end of July before I was contacted by agent. Meanwhile I had received notice from my bank I had not been renewed and need to get insurance. It was late Friday agent office closed for weekend insurance company could not talk to me by agent restrictions. I called another company on Sat Sunday morning I.was insured after over a month without. I called agents office later that week to let them know I was switching and that is when rudeness began. Ron's son said send email and hung up. 5 minutes later I sent email. My to cancel auto insurance. I still got charged through my account causing me to have overdraft. Email agents office asking why the rude emails began right away. Ron said" fine I could careless". I decided to call office and Ron was quite agitated say the lest. Saying I don't want your business anyway. I wish he had told me that 20 years ago instead.My take from this is he was happy collecting a regular commission check and that was his only motivation.

My husband and I have used Tipton Insurance for Home/Auto/Life insurance since 1984. There is no need for us to shop around because we are perfectly happy with the premiums and customer service. My family of four has had some auto accidents and home claims, and we have no complaints whatsoever in our dealings with Tipton Insurance. Also, the Tipton family supports the community, and they are Good People. I highly recommend them for your insurance needs.
