I like the main branch, but this branch lost my wife's request to get a new card. Then, sent a replacement card that did not work. Then, when she closed the account because she couldn't get to her money for over a month, they gave her a normal check instead of a cashier's check. Guaranteeing another week of not getting to her money when she deposited at a different credit union. No apology for any of these things. Lots of shoulder shrugs instead.

This TRASH credit union loves to lock you out of your own money.... wrong move.... just lost a customer and I will tell all the new employees I work with how terrible your service actually is..Advice to people, use any credit union besides this one.... you will guarenteed regret using this one....I don't know who you think you are locking me out of my money.... if I could give -5 stars I would....

Absolutely not, customer service is non existent, if you have any sort of issues on the weekend good luck getting it resolved because there isn't a customer service line and they like to hold your money for no reason at all.

Just the worst. Problems Both ways, from planes not being functional to take to off to sitting on tar Mac for 2 hours for no reason. Just awful. 2.5 hour flight home took 11 hours.

Called the collection department numerous of times and asked for a supervisor or manager to return my call. I always get transferred to speak to a manager but after talking to them they always say oh you would have to speak to a manager in the collections department. They said they send them a message but who knows because now its been over 3 months waiting for that return call. Nobody knows anything!

Having access to your accounts while traveling out of the country is always an issue. We informed them before we left last time and had to reconnect while abroad to get access. We are in the travel industry! Most recently we decided to use the mobile app to keep them apprised while traveling but cannot use it abroad. Now email tag with a 12 hour times difference and 5 days later, still no access to our accounts. This is potentially dangerous!
