Nessa Zamman was very cordial, patient, and helpful in opening a joint checking account. It was a unusual request and she made it happen. This bank is well established as a community bank with great service.

I only have a checking account there, but it is the worst I've had in 50 years. It is absurd. You cannot charge anything overseas without calling customer service. Then you have to reauthorize the transaction every 90 days. You have to do it for every merchant. I have no idea how you could travel with it. When you call customer service you get a different answer every time. Last time she said she couldn't do it, that a supervisor would have to call me back. When she did SHE ASKED ME WHY I WANTED TO DO IT!!!
This is for a $5 transaction folks. I understand what they're trying to do. In cases of fraud, it's usually the bank that eats the loss. Fine. They're small and don't want to pay for fraud. But the way they have it locked down.... Well, it's like if I went in as a security expert and they said, "We want zero hacking of our systems", and I replied, "OK, I can do that directly". "Unplug your machines". They would say, "We can't get any work done", which is exactly where they have left me. No difference.
They do not disclose this when you open the account. I certainly won't be opening any other accounts there.
Update (4 years after initial posting): I still have the account, but use it for almost nothing. But when I do...I'm quickly reminded why I don't use it. 15 years I've had the account, never overdrawn, my wife is a signatory on the account. She comes in and writes a check off her Bank of America account across the street and deposits it into this account. $5500. "Oh, that's over $5000; that will be a seven day hold". Whaaaat? Another example of their philosophy, "Our aversiveness to the slightest risk means you don't get anything done".

I really appreciate the one on one experience at this location. All the tellers are excellent in manners and are exceedingly helpful. They are looking out for my best interest. Jackie helped me last week with something I never thought of with my account and the results were fantastic. Keep up the good work.

Jackie and all the other tellers are always very knowledgeable and professional. The staff at this location always take care of me and I always see them taking care of other customers. This is a great bank.

This bank decided to change their bill pay software. All of the credit cards, phone bill, internet service, etc. bills that were being automatically paid got screwed up. I started receiving emails and phone calls asking why i had not paid my bills. When they converted, they gave the accounts weird names like my Mastercard showed up as SWE card. I had to make several phone calls and all i got was "Sorry". The final straw was my cell phone bill is not able to be automatically paid so I will have to monitor and go in every month and change the payment amount. And, all the payment history is gone. Terrible system.
