I dont do my nails often. This place made me feel so comfortable. In talking to other clients you can just tell everyone loves this place. Please ask for Wendy. She did such an amazing job! I enjoyed my experience so much I just may treat myself more often.

Jack was amazing! I showed up without an appointment; they were short staffed and still were very attentive, detail oriented and meticulous when it came to making my experience amazing!

This is the best nail place I’ve been to in the decades I’ve lived in DFW. I’ve only been a client the last 5 months but my sister has been a client here for 15 years. They are thorough, caring, and really good at what they do. I get a dip and pedicure. Perfection! Highly recommend.

Since we have moved here in 2016, we’ve used Solar Nails in Euless. Lovely husband and wife owned nail salon! Always kind, courteous, professional and the massage is fabulous! Never disappointed here.

They are racist. My daughter and I had been waiting for 15 minutes when some American lady walked in and signed in after us. They proceeded to immediately take her in even though she came after us. It sounded like she was a regular customer. However, just because someone is a regular customer doesn’t mean you should take them in over someone who was waiting for 15 minutes already. If she did have an appointment and was indeed ahead of us, the staff should’ve had the courtesy to tell us that the reason they are taking her earlier was because she had an appointment. I asked the guy how much longer we would have to wait; he said 30 more minutes. However, I think the waiting time would’ve been more because he told another lady who came in (who was also Asian) that it would take an hour. This isn’t our first time here, but this is the first time that this happened. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

There was a wait as regulars who called them got seated ahead of us but that shows me they are loyal. I love they know the people who walk through the door by name. The lady who give me my pedicure spent so much needed time doing it. She did such a great job. I will go back.

Do not waste your time or money coming into this salon as a potential new customer. I arrived in here today with a photo of a design that I wanted to get and asked if they could do it. The service that I requested was an acrylic nail removal and a new set with photo provided. Hence, the reason that I was trying a new salon and hoping for fresh new nails instead of a fill in. The guy at the front counter Jeff maybe, showed the picture in my phone to two technicians who were both performing pedicures at the time. And they claimed that they could do the design and the price would be 60 dollars. I agreed and one of the techs immediately stopped doing a gentlemans pedicure to come start removing my old acrylics. That should have been my first red flag that they left a costumer in the middle of a service to tend to a walk in. Once the acrylic was removed, I asked to have my nails cut and have tips applied because I prefer the back of my nails to be one clean uniform color just like the front and at the time, my real nails were damaged and different lengths due to acrylic and breaks/repairs of the older nails that I'd just had taken off. So I basically wanted to just start fresh. The tech who cut my nails down was a little huffy about having to apply the tips but I assumed that was because she'd just spent forever soaking and drilling off the old ones but I also assumed she was soaking to prevent damage to my nail beds so I didn't mind the lengthy process. I will have to edit this review because my phone is not charged but please don't waste your time or money here. You will leave very unhappy after paying for a service that they know they didn't provide.Anyway. LONG STORY SHORTENED.. I did not come into the salon and request THICK bubblegum pink acrylic nails so at this point I was frustrated but still trying to accept their excuses. Even though the work that was done, was sloppy. Then the design process began. Did not have the skill, did not have the colors, kept telling me the nail designs on the photo were black (because that's the color they had available) when they are clearly Silver and GOLD on the photo. So I'm showing them the picture and what they did to my hands wasnt even a slight resemblance. So they're asking me, what else I'd like to try but at that point, I'd already been there for hours and just wanted to leave. They offered to take it all off for 40 dollars and waste more of my time so I paid 35 to keep some sloppy acrylic nails, a color that They chose, with powder and lent underneath my nails and raggedy edges without the design/style that I provided a photo of before even sitting in the chair. They will tell you they can do the style and send you out the door very disappointed and will still charge you knowing they did not provide the service that you requested. If I could give them zero stars I would. If you go here and your nails do not turn out the way that you want, just remember that you were warned. I left this salon and had to drive directly to a different salon. Wasted my day off in that place and hopefully will save someone else from doing the same.

It's the third time I've come, the service had always been good, and I usually use dip, today I chose to order a manicure and pedicure, bad decision. The WORST MANICURE OF MY LIFE (I have been doing it for approximately 20 years) I hope you can see the horrible bubbles they left on my nails

Couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone at 10:50am on a Thursday to make an appointment. The first time I called, someone picked up the phone, didn’t say anything and hung up. Called two more times and no answer.I just moved back to Dallas after 11 years and was hoping to find a nice shop to start going to every 2-3 weeks for my acrylics and pedis. Looks like this won’t be the place.

My wife & I celebrated our 10 year anniversary getting our nails done. Lisa & Vicky took excellent care of both my wife & I! This is my second time EVER getting a mani/pedi.The customer service was immaculate.The conversation itself was fun! I feel like a whole new dude! Thank you Lisa and Vicky again! I love this place. They make me feel like family. They remember my name and my preferences. If there is any small issue they are quick to resolve. Their customer service is superb, as is the work they perform. I've been a proud customer since 2017 and plan to remain one!
