Looking for nice comfortable shoes, I found myself at our local Skechers Outlet shoe store. We were greeted by Ms. Layla who was very polite, welcoming and very helpful. At first appearance the store looks drab but it's very clean and neat in appearance. This store has all types of shoes from running, walking, casual and work shoes just to name a few to include different types of socks. The store is promoting buy one and get second pair at 50%. I bought myself one pair of shoes while my my daughter opted for three pairs. Ever since I started wearing sketchers brand shoes I just can't seem to want another brand. These shoes are really made for comfort, and my feet can't stop saying thank you. Come on in and let your feet thank you too.

Tried to return some boots I got that were too small, didn't have original card so they said I could either pick a new shoe, get a gift card, or they could order it
Looked around and couldn't find one I wanted so asked to order it, guy at the counter didn't know what he was doing and put it on the gift card despite me never saying I wanted it. Then manager said you can't do orders through card and directed me to another store that has them and said it was 10 minutes away. Was actually almost half an hour away and when I said this was told my gps was wrong
Terrible service, staff didn't know how to do there job, spending the gift card here to not waste money and then never coming back. I do not recommend them

Kowana was an absolute doll! My first time In The store and she made the checkout experience painless. We had 2 girls buying back to school shoes and she made sure we got the right ones! We will be back just because of her.

Kiwana was outstanding with her customer service. My husband has never had service like that ever when shopping for shoes. He was blown away at how professional she was at helping him find some good waking shoes for walk. Outstanding to the rest of the staff letting us know of the specials after welcoming us in the store. Thank you Kiwana and the staff for your outstanding customer service. People like you helps my shopping experience enjoyable when shopping for my husband's weird feet. We will be letting others know .
