I'm a police officer and went there to have my uniform awards mounted. Met by a very friendly woman who took care of me. To my pleasant surprise she told me it would be ready the next day. I asked for the price and she said $25, which is about half of what I was expecting. I called the next day to ask if they took credit cards, and she greeted me by name when she picked up the phone (they do take credit cards). The time to complete was amazing. Price was great. Customer service fantastic. Very impressed.

I ordered a plaque for a church function and not only was the plaque FLAWLESS and beautiful, it was ready in less than 24 hours!! Everyone that I spoke to, but especially Louise, was super kind and wonderful to work with. I will definitely be back!

The team at Shield Awards took great care of me when I needed a brass plate engraved last minute on the day before a holiday. This was for a funeral to take place the next day. They gave great customer care on the phone and then when I came in, in person. They were kind and caring and helped me pick the right product. When the engraver wasn't 100% satisfied with the original look, he engraved it a second time to his high standard. The ladies in the office were so helpful in my time of need. I am very grateful this team made themselves available to help me. They have hundreds of beautiful examples in the show room. I highly recommend Shield Awards & Promotions!
