For the price you paying it’s ridiculous, you get treated like a piece of trash, they made my 15 year old sister cry causing her 200 dollars make up to be ruined right before the event happens, the contact it’s will be changed no matter what they will charged you extra for nothing, the place it’s just dumb their excuses of being new it’s stupid every it’s not worth the money you paying. Hope this review helps someone and chose a better place.

For the kind of money you spend to rent a Hall, you shouldn’t have to hear the pounding music from the hall next door from another party that is going on at the same time.Also if the D.J. was provided (which I don't know) I have to say he only could talk screaming through the mic.

Nice facility to hold your events. The caterer is also very good. You can have your own caterer too.

A bunch of crooks! Make sure you read your contract and then read it again because they will steal from you! They’re EXTREMELY nice to begin with but once decide they aren’t a good fit for you their whole demeanor changes! The venue itself is nice to look but their is some raggedy apartments on one side, family dollar on the other side and an auto zone directly across the street. Your guest will definitely have to lock their doors. The “suite” is the size of my half bathroom so their is definitely no “get ready” photos the moral of the story is you get exactly what you pay for, so look somewhere else. Thank me later

Just held our wedding reception here and can not say enough great things about the venue and Wendy the venue manager. She was very detailed in all our preplanning and coordinated with all the vendors the day of to make sure our entire event went smoothly. Thank you to Wendy, Zayhaid, Maas, and the entire Sapphire team for an unforgettable event!

This establishment does not even deserve 1 star! The coordinator Wendy was extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! The way she spoke to the bridal party was very disrespectful and condescending! They will try to sell you a dream at first then try to switch up your contract at the last minute! If you are trying to have a smooth, stress free event DO NOT BOOK HERE!
