If I could give zero stars I would…. Customer service was horrible!! employees were so rude. No people let you into fitting rooms so you don't even know if they're open never coming back!! DON'T RECOMMEND !!

The worst Ross store in customer service. They had 4 employees up front. One was organizing hangers. At times there wasn’t customers to check out! We had 7 people trying to use 2 changing rooms up front because the manager wouldn’t open the changing rooms in back! She could have opened them herself to assist all those customers! Lazy!! This is why stores like Ross are going under.

Came in looking for an Easter/Spring wreath and to my surprise they had so many cute decorations. Unfortunately, the one wreath I loved did not have a price tag, which I was worried about because others stores won’t sell it to you if they don’t have a tag. We decided to still try to see if they could find a price and the cashier helping me was extremely helpful and kind. She and the manager helped locate the price and now when I look at the wreath I am remembered of the such pleasant interaction I had at Ross. I didn’t catch her name but she was an African American lady working on 3/14 after 7 pm.

They supposedly close at 9:30 pm, when I arrived it was not even 9:00 pm, there was someone by the door and just said they were closed.

I usually enjoy whatever I buy from Ross. But I bought some Donna Karan sport socks and although the short socks themselves. There are white with black Donna Karen sport on them I almost to wear the socks off taking the packaging off, it was so extensive.

Ehh Honestly, I don't know who's getting first dibs.On all the good stuff, but i've never went to a ross where everything was pretty much out and picked over.
And it's not just once i've went, it's multiple times. From purses to close, it's always picked over
