I like this store for household items. I'm disappointed though because of the clothing items. A few years ago this store had a nice selection of dresses, and skirts. I don't see much of that anymore.

Black lady that does the fitting rooms in the back her name is agua she is absolutely rude and told me I am not allowed back into the fitting rooms or Ross because I did not follow procedures. I did everything I was supposed to do. And she said I did not do that so I'm not allowed back. I feel like it was because I wasn't quick in hanging up all the clothes in my hand but it was a lot of stuff and she kept snatching the clothes out my arm because I wasn't being quick. Worse experience in my life. I spoke with the manager and she said there's a lot people back there and she didn't know who I was talking about but I gave her the name of the woman and everything. The manager said she will handle it but she doesn't know who I was talking about so how is she supposed to.

I think I came here on a bad day. Employees were kind, but they were obviously overwhelmed. The line was almost half an hour long, and there was a ton of cart traffic within the store.

The cashier (Assoc.-221966) has very bad customer service, she does not respect one's purchases, she turns them into balls and throws them at the bosses.I would definitely not return to this store, probably due to RAZISTA ISO, the bad customer service (Store.-0336). 04/02/2024
