Ricochet is an excellent place to work the owners take great care of their employees and go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy and in a positive environment!!! They have exceptional pay and are very flexible with their people & their schedules. It really feels like being a part of a family and I would recommend this place to anyone!!!

We are a current client and we have had issues however buyer beware and do your research, be vigilant to get the fuel tested making sure they are giving you quality fuel and not with water in it creating mechanical issues with your fleet. We have a fleet of 20 and have had the fuel tested and are using their equipment. Have paid over $20,000 for equipment rental charges and still receiving fuel that has tested positive for water excess material harmful to the fleet. However they ignore the issues and continue to do what they want and do not care to improve the customer service. Have spoke with Darlene Fitzpatrick and Robert Hooker, VP of sales, it all boils down to them giving us a pdf showing we signed a contract. Again just trusted that a company would provide good fuel and believed they would do their best to provide quality fuel and our cars are still suffering. The bills are piled up in mechanic fees over the thousands of dollars costing us to keep running the fleet...again with all my heart, do whats best for your business. Buyer Beware.

Great place to get your fuel at a great price. They have gasoline, diesel and red dye diesel.

I really like the folks at Ricochet but they seem to have a problem taking care of those that help them, I had a friend that was looking to spend several million a month on Jet A and Diesel and forwarded his info to this company, I could have asked for a cut of the profits or demanded to be the account rep but told them I just wanted them to consider doing the right thing and give me a birddog fee if/when things worked out. Never heard a peep after passing over the info, this guy was wanting to sign up RIGHT NOW. If they could not meet his price or volume requirements they should have let me know and passed the opportunity back instead I now have to reach out to him again and find out whats happened and try to save the deal if possible, all they had to do was keep me in the loop with a email or text message instead they froze me out. The deal was for 3 million gallons of Jet A every month and 1 million green Diesel every month minimum.
