This spot came in handy this weekend when I was driving a rental, with all the ice and mess on the road and needed to refuel, clean my windshield and add windwasher fluid. The lady attending was very efficient and cleared all the customers needs fast! Also very convenient spot. Thank you!

I’m a regular! Yolanda is very rude most of the time! Not sure if it’s a personal vendetta or she just always that rude! Very unprofessional seems like she just not happy with her job, and gives bare minimum effort of professionalism! Not to mention men’s restroom half the times never seem to be clean! 🤷♂️ every other worker seems to be smiling and welcoming!

Walked in and overheard 2 employees disrespecting a customer and literally making fun of him for having earnings and a mustache, when the customer asked them what the problem was both male employees laughed as if he was a joke. The 2 employees were very unprofessional and needs to understand that in the customer service industry this is definitely a BIG NO NO!

For the past 2 days (Thursday & Friday) QT had NO working automated coffee machines. Nothing was working, no coffee pots, no coffee at 6:30 AM! Customers walking out disgusted and employees did not help or care. Is this QT under new management? It seems there are new employees whom none care about customer service. Disgraceful

I love this qt. They always food stocked and sodas.But today, it is currently 7am, there is a night shift worker , a older Mexican lady who is yelling everything she's saying. She yelled something to one of the other workers like " are you going to come up here so I can go home!" Everything she said after that was just loud and obnoxious. It is 7 in the morning. Calm down.
