Apparently, Premier Nursery does not stand behind the products they sell. We purchased 4 Junipers in July 2024. They are planted in the same area, with the same irrigation system, two have thrived and two have not. We returned to Premier Nursery and were advised that the two trees died due to overwatering, and not subject to their advertised guarantee. Again, two of the same trees are thriving with the very same irrigation and watering schedule. A 20% discount was offered on two replacement trees, which we declined. We opt to patronize a nursery that will really guarantee and stand behind the products they sell.

Horrible service. Had some tiny lady with glasses screaming at me because I came in the wrong gate. Guess they close at 5pm not 6pm. You’re gonna want to get it right or risk pissing off the troll that guards the place.

The lady I spoke to was very rude. She refused to help me over the phone and was extremely nasty to me. They clearly do not care about the customers

So my son got in the car over the weekend after buying hard to find ground cover at this Nursery. He and my daughter in law were raving about how easy it was to work with Glenn and how the staff was so nice and why would anyone go to Lowes or Home Depot when there's a Glenn and a Premier Nursery just up the road?!? So we've got it everything planted, it looks great - thank you Glenn! We'll be back!

I just spent a lot of money on ground cover and never felt better about a purchase than after talking with their Manager, Glenn. The entire staff was on point, the prices were less than the competitors, and Glenn just made everything come together smoothly. Quick shout out to Glenn and his team! We appreciate you and your time. : )

Avoid dealing with wholesale. The lady that runs it is rude. I paid for a lawn study for the second time and they didn’t provide and told me it wasn’t their fault they didn’t have my email. It’s ashame because I have used this place for over 15 years.

The lady in the wholesale office is rude and insulting. With all the choices in the metroplex I would look somewhere else to do wholesale business with. Just needed to register my business to buy wholesale. I don't carry my DBA or My LLC paperwork and never will. You can easily verify I am a legitimate business. Look at my business card, website and google profile. I recommend Landmark Nursery off Blue Mound all they needed was my business card and showed my google profile

I visited this location(Euless) on Saturday April 6, to buy some plants. Picked out several items and went to pay. The man on the register rang me up not very friendly not very welcoming. Not much interaction with customers. No customer service to speak of. This was my first and last time visiting this location. I will never go back again terrible service.
