“I have to honestly say I hate going to the post office there are usually long lines and the customer service is usually not great. But if the Post Offices around the USA had more people like Tony working there it would be amazing. Tony helped me with my large box that was too big for my items. He also helped me print my return label and my package was ready to ship. I noticed how patient he was helping a lady get her passport together he was so nice. I appreciate him for being professional and kind. I usually leave the post office frustrated but not today I left with a smile.”
“I have some USPS choices that I can go to but I really like going here because Eric Sr. is always providing great customer service. Doesn't matter if the day is busy, raining, rough. He is always there with a smile and makes my post office experience 100% welcoming. I appreciate that a lot for individuals who work in this industry. I mainly do package drop-offs at this location but it seems like they are efficient and knowledgeable in the services they provide. The only long part is if there is a line but it generally goes down pretty quick. I give 5 Stars because of Eric Sr.!”

“Okay- I have NEVER had the experience these others claim. We moved up here from S Antonio & Adam helped us with the POB process. He told us everything we needed to do & not do. I have had all good experiences with the 2 females, 1 younger than the other when Amazon didn't deliver a pkg. Waylon then got involved-they opened all the delivery boxes to double ck Amazon. Then the older of the 2 women told me exactly how to handle the Amazon situation & she solved the puzzle for me. All 4 of these employees went out of their way to prove that Amazon didn't do what they claimed. And truly, all 4 deserve kudos in the customer service department!”
“I rarely make reviews. But this location needs a credit. First time I applied for my passport and it was a very smooth and fast process. The name of the one who assisted me was Michelle. It was in and out. Bonus: she was very friendly and always smiles. Other staffs were very welcoming and willing to help out right away as well and this location was super clean! Thank you for your prompt service!”

“My grandmother would always tell me "people don't have to be nice". I've gone to this location several times for my job and for personal mailings. Clerk #8 has always been very courteous, kind and professional. She's helpful and explains in detail mailing options. She's very knowledgeable about the USPS. Please allow this location to be a flagship location for Post Office's for DFW.”

“The doors and services do not open until 9 and they don't start helping people until a little after 9. Had an appointment for passport application and photo services for 9:15 was out by 9:45. Jackie was kind and straight to the point. She explained the process very well. I would come back again for sure. Money orders are available for $2.12. Be sure to have your birth certificate (& photo copy), photo ID (& photo copy) and application.”

“I am a wedding stationer and it’s SUPER important to me that the hours of hard work I put into my client’s invitations get the attention and care they deserve. I recently started going to this post office because of the WONDERFUL ladies that work there. Shelia, Rhonda, and Felicia go above and beyond to help me calculate postage and ensure any non-machineable postage gets sorted properly. I really appreciate their help and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing they care about their jobs and making sure they do the best they can to ensure the mail gets delivered!”
“I visited this location to get a PO Box, it was clean the clerks were friendly. The only issue I have is the line was long, the other clerk opened a register eventually still it was a nice visit.”
“This location is very easy to get to to drop off letters. I use it all the time as it seems to shave time off deliveries. The drop off boxes are just North of 635 on Royal Lane. My recent trip was right on the way with minimal disruption of my route. I didn't actually time myself, but pretty sure it took less than 20 seconds from time I pulled in, dropped in mail and was back on the street.”
