Living in Post Oaks was not the best experience for me at first. However, with the help of the new management team, I was able to switch apartments and now I love it! Paul was incredibly kind and patient in assisting me throughout the process. Courtney and Britney were also very attentive, and Nate has always been there to help me fix anything in my apartment. I am grateful to the Post Oak Place team for their exceptional service and for making my living experience a better one.

There have been some occasional issues here with management and mantainance, but I have to say that one of the workers, Paul, is exceptional at his job and fully makes up for any problems we have had. He was able to answer all of my questions enthusiastically and has been so consistently kind that I enjoy going into the office or making calls to him. It is so refreshing to have staff that truly cares and goes out of their way to help. Thanks so much.

Leasing agent Paul is truly an asset to your community! While I did ultimately go with a place closer to my job, I wish I could bring Paul with me. He is so professional and friendly. If I could WFH, I absolutely would have moved in here.

I applied to this apartment and they kept my application pending for 17 days. Since I didn't hear back from them for long, I applied to another apartment and I lost $325. They told me they will refund my deposit but they didn't. They don't answer email or phone. Worst experience. Stay away from this place.

Omg PAUL was amazing. Beyond sweet , beyond helpful. I hate moving and having to look for a new place , Paul made the process stress free for me. Im so excited to move in !Theres new management as well , office & maintenance staff is incredible .

Y’all have to excuse me when I’m having my outburst I’m a lil on the hormonal side, but I just want to say no apartment complex is perfect but when you have people in the office dealing with a million properties and tenants and still remain professional and cater to your every need you can’t beat it I love post oak not because of the units or what they have but because they actually try and let’s be real dealing with people is unreal sometimes but they do work with you and try to turn your frown upside down you can’t please everyone that’s for sure but the people in the office will try and that’s the key word.. also the new renovations here are beautiful and they also do fun things & have events in the office for us to participate in which makes living here a lot better. If you seen my previous reviews I was upset didn’t get my way at the moment and had twitter fingers lol this is a great place to call your forever home ?

The majority of the apartments in the complex are old. They are being renovated when you move out. The major problem is the pipe system which is also being fixed. The new management is really making major changes in the complex. Also we needed the gate entrance fixed which been inoperable for five years is finally looked into and upgraded.

Living in this apartment complex has been an absolute nightmare. The exorbitant rent does not match the poor quality of living offered here. I strongly advise against choosing this place as your home due to the following reasons:1. Unhygienic neighbors: Many residents in this complex have no regard for cleanliness, leaving random items outside their doors, creating an unsightly and unappealing environment.2. Inadequate and unreliable air conditioning: The air conditioning system is abysmal. During the scorching summer months, we were left without AC for an extended period, making our living conditions unbearable.(They responded below and said two days. It was six! I have picture proof and all!)3. Unexplained and prolonged pool closure: The pool remained closed for months on end without any explanation from the management. This lack of transparency regarding such a promised amenity is unacceptable.4. Expensive parking options: The management charges an outrageous $45 for parking under the shelter, while finding an uncovered spot, if available at all, is the only way to avoid this additional cost. This is both inconvenient and unjustifiable.5. Insufficient hot water supply: The hot water problem is a major inconvenience. We can only enjoy a decent shower with hot water for a mere three minutes before it turns cold. This is completely unacceptable in a living space where comfort should be a priority.6. Neglected mold issue: Despite the presence of mold in our vents, the management dismissed our concerns and denied its existence without conducting a proper investigation. This displays a lack of responsibility and care for the well-being of the residents.Additionally, the surrounding area poses a significant safety risk. The gas station across from the complex is notorious for its dangerous environment, with frequent shootings and fights occurring. This further adds to the feeling of insecurity and discomfort while residing here.In conclusion, this apartment complex fails to meet even the most basic standards of quality living. The combination of unsanitary conditions, subpar amenities, exorbitant charges, hot water shortages, and mold issues, alongside the unsafe neighborhood, make this place an absolute nightmare. I strongly advise potential residents to look elsewhere for a safer and more comfortable living environment.

I wanted to like this place but it only gets 2 stars for potential. I've never felt so uncomfortable in my life & I'm paying for it...smhI can't sleep well & nerves are bad. I even had something bite me in my sleep (l still have the scar on my forehead). I've had a terrible experience with different species of bugs here. I never had this at apts that charge less as to why I'm so confused that pest control isn't effective. I know for a fact bugs aren't here cause they are being fed, I haven't cooked in months. It would be disgusting to prepare a meal while bugs are around. I'm overwhelmed as I don't feel that for the price & it's year 2023 that people live like this. With that being said, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

My experience thus far has been A-Mazing! Gabriella, Brittany & Paul made my experience so much better than any other place I’ve ever rented with before. They made sure my move-in process was seamless and easy. Always responsive and professional. I love it here ✨ Not to mention I love my place ???✨??

What an experience from a great team of people! The first time Brittany was amazingly helpful and showed me some floor plans. Then I went back, Gabriella took the reigns from there and walked this old dinosaur through the modern age. Now I'm ready to start living there and enjoying the amenities.
