I used this company for my last move and decided to use them again as I didn’t recallany issues with the last move. HUGE mistake! They broke one of my dressers by clearly dropping it off the side of the truck, said it happened during transport, then tried to blame me saying I told them not to wrap it up, which was a lie, and it was wrapped up by them. My wife was inside and heard the piece shatter. Then they just left the glass all in the road and pieces laying everywhere for us to clean up. We later discovered they also broke our adjustable bed and just wrapped Saran Wrap around it to hold it together. They also left their bag of trash in the yard of the old property for us to clean up. After texting the owner after the discoveries he only responded while his crew was still on premises, and offered a $40 credit, and did not respond anymore. Super unprofessional. Doesn’t help that the apparently his brother was one of our movers. And before they come back and try to say they didnt move a customer with my name, it was in my wife’s name.

Where do I even start. It is sad to say, but I really have nothing good to say about this moving company. They broke a leg off one of my beds. They broke the motor off another bed that raises the head up and down (It was brand new ) They also busted my dresser when they was unloading off their truck at my new house. It literally fell off the truck and busted and the glass mirror went everywhere. The guy told me he could Take off $40 to make me happy. Then, I kept telling them which furniture goes in which room, and they completely put everything in the wrong rooms. I feel like they was doing it because they get paid by the hour. To top it off, when they finally got done and left, they left the busted dresser in my yard and the broken glass all in the street.

Best moving experience! Andrew was very accommodating when I called for a very last minute move. It needed to happen the next morning, and even though I didn't have a bunch to move, he was able to work with me with extremely affordable pricing.Carson came on time and went above and beyond! Very professional and efficient. I had moved earlier in the year, along with a cross country move a couple years ago, and these guys were the absolute best!

contacted Andrew a week ago to see if he could fit me in last minute and he had no issue doing so! 2 man crew came in and moved me from the 3rd floor in under 2 hours without breaking anything so highly recommend to anyone looking. will be using them in the future again.

I was stood up by another moving company because of the weather. I called Platinum Movers after I recalled using them before, to move a few appliaces. Andrew B., the owner, set up the move with two men and I meticulously advised him that we had two storage units, one was a 10 x 15 and the other a 10 x 20 with home and business items. I estimated that it would take 4-5 hours to pack up the truck and I was prepared to make two trips if needed. They arrived on time and we asked them if it was ok for my boys and I to go have breakfast, which it was and we even bought them breakfast. In the hour it took for us to have breakfast and get gas, these two men emptied out the 10 x 15, where the PS5 was located. Then they took 7 more hours to empty out the 10 x 20 unit. So long that I bought them lunch, as well. They broke a glass-top desk, a 55" TV, decorative art frames, and so much more, but we were happy to have them working and we felt that they were human, things do break in moves. They dropped the dryer from the lift of the truck and we tried to be understanding. Then 3 days later, no one could find the PS5. When we looked at the account, it had been activated the following day of the move. They used my son's credit card on the PS5 for games. I messaged the owner and the mover. The movers have denied the theft, even after being informed that we had two police reports for the theft and the credit card usage. Gave them a chance to return it and drop the cases. Instead they and the owner have acted as if we are the "cons" and "gold-digger". They overcharged us and never refunded the deposit. AND NOW, we realize that other things are missing, like my eldest's saxophone. They refuse to give us their insurance information. We hired a law firm. The Texas Attorney General's Office have been contacted. They messed with the wrong mom, Army veteran, and community advocate!Platinum Thieves Andrew employs and support thieves. He is one, too.

This company is awful. Do not trust them with your belongings, and to top it all off they are absolutely rude and SLOW. The most unprofessional company I have ever used.

Communication needs to be a little better, as there was a mix up about the time I needed them to be there was different than what I was told. Overall when everything was sorted out the guys got my stuff moved in a timely manner.

Carson and Roy came today last minute when another mover cancelled. They were friendly and fast !!! I would recommend them if you need movers in the DFW!!! Great customer service ! They were a blessing.
