DON'T EVER COME HERE !!!! I got a haircut and it was supposed to be layers with face framing curtain bangs. the lady that cut my hair cut the front pieces too short and choppy. not only that she made my layers choppy and uneven. it looks like hair cut across straight in three different lengths. it's uneven on each side. the place looked dirty and also the tools. I even seen a roach crawling on the floor. I asked for a blowout and she gave me pencil curls. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. please don't ruin your hair here. hate my cut !

I had to share my experience because I am so irritated; I had to find a way to get this off my chest. I got a threading done here weeks ago and it was great. Looks amazing. 5 stars. So I booked a waxing and returned a couple weeks ago. I was so hyped up to finally get rid of all my unwanted hair starting from my feet and going up as high as possible in 30 minutes time. Once the girls got above my knees, they told me that they don't wax the behind or upper thighs of men. And so I am urked at the fact that I paid for a service that felt very sexist, uncompleted and very uneven. I also asked for advice on where I am able to finish getting waxed and they still couldn't help. Now I need to hype myself up again and find somewhere else that will do a good and complete job on hair removal.

Today was my first experience at this facility she you were kind and I was treated fairly and felt at home. I don’t live in the area but popped in for a quick brow touchup. I will definitely return if I’m ever on this side of town again.Service: Hair threading

My eyebrows came out fabulous! I usually drive to Irving but wanted to try somewhere closer to home. I was in an out within like 10 minutes. Customer service was great! Definitely coming by again. Eyebrows threading was $12.00, Atleast back in February unless prices changed.

I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and they are the best! I did move to North Carolina 2 years ago but when I come in to town twice a year I always go and get my eyebrows done here. As long as their doors are open I will be a returning customer when I visit!Service: Eyebrow threading

For over a year now, I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded by Amy. I like to keep my eyebrows thick yet clean and shaped. Amy is great. She will cater to your request and make sure you’re satisfied.I’m sure to visit the shop when Amy works there on Thursday, Friday or Saturday. I don’t make an appointment but rarely do I have to wait. If I do, it has been 10 minutes max.

I went to do Facial today , I used to go for my brows threading and I did facial before and it was great so this is why I went back for facial today , the lady who did my facial I don’t think she knew her job , when the other lady was telling her what to do I asked is she new she said no she is not used to the steamer this why , I did not like my facial and I paid 60$ For gold facial it was not worth it.
