My wife and I are relatively new members having opened an account within the last year. We went into the Euless branch to get questions answered about making changes to our account and refinancing our car loan through them. The representative we worked with who may or may not be the branch manager was extremely rude and condescending. She didn’t greet us, when I asked a question her answer was condescending, her overall demeanor seemed like she was irritated to be helping us, and she walked away in the middle of me asking a question. Ended up leaving within five minutes and have to go to another branch much further from home because of the rude experience. Overall this experience makes me question whether I want to continue doing business with navy federal. *Edit * After reading additional reviews, it seems several members have had a similar experience with the same representative.

I was in the Navy Federal Credit Union yesterday on March 7th 2024 , I was totally appalled and in shock , the way the teller acted and treated me. I’ve never been insulted and treated like that ever. The young milinial said to me what do you want. Then I told her I want to withdraw some money and I want all 100.00 bills, except for the last part I want 6 tens and two twenty dollar bills. She purposely messed it up and gave me all twenties. The hole time she had a huge scowl on her face and a huge chip on her shoulder. I could feel the hatred a mile away. It was quite obvious that she hated and was a hater. It made me feel hated and very uncomfortable. Then I said that’s not what I asked for I want the correct money distribution I asked for , she said nothing , with a huge chip on her shoulder . Then she went to a money dispenser and got the 100 dollar bills I asked for , then she slammed the money down on the counter and gave me a dirty look. I went straight to the branch manager and related to her on how I was treated. She didn’t do anything about it. So this is how X military VETERANS are supposed to be treated ? If it wasn’t for the Veterans they wouldn’t have a job . Iam totally appalled , never felt the hatred like that ever befor.

I visited the Euless location after work to withdraw money, & potentially close one of my accounts. The female that helped me was SO Rude, & Unprofessional! She seemed bothered when I asked her to explain what forms she was asking of me. Then, she told me she would close one of my accounts. I quote, “You can go, you don’t gotta be here for that.” I seriously had to question what bank I walked into!!! I found out today, she did NOT close my account like I asked of her. That’s all I needed to realize this was NO longer a bank to deal with. This is by FAR the worst Navy Federal location! I usually deal with the Arlington branch, never had issues there. I don’t know who is doing the hiring in Euless. But, corporate needs to intervene!!! I’ve been with Navy Federal for years! Today, I moved my accounts to another bank.

Very nice people working there but ... there is no privacy ... everyone in the lobby gets to hear why u r there, ur name,, ur phone number and the amount of your deposits/withdrawals. I do not feel safe with strangers having that info. nor walking out of there with people knowing how much cash I just withdrew.

When I say Ariel has the worst attitude ever. Everytime I come here she has an issue. Why on earth would you guys have her represent your brand? She doesn’t like her job. And it shows. I’m highly disappointed and I will most likely take my business elsewhere.

Had to downgrade my rating because of how difficult Navy Federal makes wire transfers. It is very interesting how closely they want to control my money. A typical wire transfer from any other bank is a 5 minute phone call. With Navy Federal is a 35 to 40 minute process which requires you to visit in person, two forms of ID and approval from two employees. Needless to say we ended up switching to a more modern banking system that’s makes it easy to do business for those that consistently make large purchase’s! I don’t want anyone managing my money that makes it difficult for me to access MY money!

Small, but extremely friendly branch bank. The ATM outside actually works, and everyone there was honestly interested in making sure I was taken care of. It is a longer drive for me, but I absolutely prefer this location to other Nevy Federal Credit Union locations.
