Beautiful nails that last until it’s time for my next fill. They don’t break or come loose. She shapes them nicely and the pedicure lasts at least a month. Nails Salon is a hidden gem in Euless. There are flashier salons nearby. I prefer Nails Salon for their quality work.

Today I requested a manicure and was charged full price but did not receive the full service. The owner put me on the back burner to do a pedicure when I was in the middle of my service when the customer getting the pedicure walked in. I waited patiently for the owner to complete my service, which she never did. When I got up to pay, I asked if a manicure comes with a massage and moisturizer for my hands. She said yes, and looked around as if she was looking for moisturizer. I said that's okay because for me this was my last visit.

This nail salon has courteous, attentive service providers who listen and are tuned in to what their customers need. The salon is clean and the atmosphere is pleasant whenever I go.

Aw my gosh my nails are everything she Mrs V was so nice and and gentle with my hands we talked we laughed and I give my nails a 10 out of 10 I highly recommend the nail salon thanks again mama see you in two weeks

I made an appointment via their website. I then got a text confirmation, email confirmation and then a text from another number.
The other number asked me for details and I explained that I needed a new set as the one I'd got 5 days prior was coming apart here and there
My appt time was 10:30. I arrived a little early around 10:23 and the doors were locked. The business says it opens at 10, but no one was there by my appointment time.
I waited 5 minutes and then text the number I'd given details to. I asked them to confirm I was at the right address. They did and then pulled up.
I should have left then.
But I really wanted to give them a fair shake.
I showed them my nails and they seemed to not understand what I'd explained via text previously.

The removal process took over an hour. The stylist stopped often to respond to texts— which they themselves noted were not about business.
She gouged me twice, once was enough to have a steady stream of blood. I cried out and she had no idea why I'd shouted. Once she saw the blood, she did nothing to treat the wound.
This is on me here. I really, REALLY should have left.
But... I didn't.
When we got to the dip process, she scooped out some powder into a small cup. I thought this was smart due to my blood— SHE PUT WHAT WASN'T USED BACK INTO THE BIGGER CONTAINER.
When everything was said and done, I was there for over THREE HOURS.
I immediately treated my wounds when I got home— both of which were riddled with powder. One had a fair amount of pus later in the day.
There was also BLOOD in the nail design itself.
I'm bummed to say the least. These were supposed to be my little treat to myself for my birthday and I am pretty upset.
I wouldn't go here ever again.

the lady was very very rude and ruined my whole nail shape they neither looked round shape or neither square l m so upset never go again 2 nd picture considered but first one noooooo

I just moved to the area and found this gem. Both ladies are so nice and welcoming. I received a gel pedicure and I absolutely love the whole experience. I made an appointment to get my nails done. Thank you ladies.

Found this hidden gem through a family friend. It's a small quaint nail salon tucked away but conveniently located off 360. I appreciate Vy's customer service and love the fact that she doesn't try to steer me away from the design I want. She took her time with me and made sure I was happy with how my nails looked before finishing. Thank you Vy and team!
